New Buffy Game for DS

Hate to disappoint you, but the release date i saw for it today has it coming out 13th of Feb next year =[

dam is that date for uk or just us?cus i think the november date that got gave out earlier in the year was just for one but can't remember which. hoping this date is for uk i really want that game!!
I merged the two threads together guys just to keep this place clean and tidy🙂
 
Bad news guys, i emailed the developers asking about the release date, here's the reply i got

"Good Morning,

Thanks very much for your enquiry, there has been no date set as yet, keep an eye on our web site at the beginning of 09.

cant they just hurry up already i really want to play this game its been too long since i played a new buffy game, theres only so many times i can play the game colour game (don't no the title for this),advance game(wrath of the darkhul king) and ps2 game (chaos bleeds)

The only plus side to this is I now have more room on my Christmas list.

i went onto play.com and you can apparently pre order the game and below it says it is released on feb 13th 🙁 im gutted really wanted it before christmas so i could spend my christmas break playing on it. oh well!

WHAT? haha there are like five Buffy games! two for Gameboys, one for Xbox, one for Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube, and one for your cellphone! haha how did you not hear of these? :P

you guys get everything first no fair :(
I seriously can't wait. I loved playing Chaos Bleeds on the Gamecube, so I'm really looking forward to this. I'd prefer to play it on the Wii, but I'll settle for the DS because I got one for Christmas 😀 I'd rather wait so they can make the game the best they possibly can, rather than them rushing to get it out and producing a crappy game. Only time will tell I guess, but I hope it's good.

Any news on a US release? I've been badgering the folks at nintendo power to help put the old buffy gameboy advance game on the virtual console for some time. Do I need to add bringing sacrifice stateside to the rant wagon too?

The only information I get is the suggestion that since the new DS systems released in Japan do not have a port to play gba games, there may eventually be an influx of advance games for the V.C.and the new DS which has internal memory and web browsing capabilities. The magazine does not have any direct pull with corporate decisions short of voicing intrest and showing possible demand. Anyone interested in joining me on my harrassing crusade for Buffy goodness on the Wii, VC, and DS here in the states?

(You can vote for games you want to be brought to the VC in Nintendo Power and the official Web site)

I'll probably have to import sacrifice, which sucks cause it will be costly.
 
The American game i bough for my DS was cheaper than i'd buy it for over here, just make sure you get it from ebay and not some big expensive import shop

Yah that's the DSi. Coming to America in a few months.

There aren't any portable systems on the Wii virtual console to date. Hopefully they do a virtual console for DSi so you can download Gameboy games on to that. Don't see why they would pass on that money-making opportunity. There is a shop button on the DSi menu to direct download games, but they haven't said anything about old Gameboy/Advance games yet.
 
I NEED THIS GAME!

It's coming out in four weeks?! Grrr, I wish I lived in the UK right now. Maybe I can find it on Amazon for a semi-reasonable price.

My friend said it came out in November, then it never did, and I was anxious. 😛

I already have two Buffy games, but I need like all the Buffy merch I can get. And games are fun. 😛

Anyone know the exact release date?
