I prefer the way it was as well. But this layout isn't bad, I kind of like the way everything is on the right side. I just don't like the size of the forum blocks or whatever you call them. 🙂

As I said in another thread, it takes me a little time to get used to changes. Give me a month and I think nothing of the change. In a week I'll probably be used to it but still comparing it to the old. Thanks for always working on the board.

Honestly, I hate it. I'll get used to it... but I'm not going to lie, I hate this. It does not look good at all. One of my favorite things about this board was how clean the layout was. All the 'personal' info was at the top, there was an amusing banner with a random quote up there, the forums were next in a logical layout, and then the social information that was trivial was at the bottom. And now it's cluttered. It's all mixed up together and I do not like it. I wish I could change it back.

Again, I'll get used to it... please do not get on me for this and say "well it's a change blah blah blah." I'll get used to it... but I really do not like this at all.

Well I like it. I like that more stuff is fitted in, that you can see who has a birthday and who's online. 🙂

A question though: where do I see my reputation points (and that someone has quoted me) now? I noticed that I've gotten karma on a post, but I couldn't see that on the mainpage.

I don't love it yet, but I think that has more to do with me using the full site from my phone and the new layout made the words very small and harder to click on with my stupid, big thumbs. Perhaps if I just get used to holding my phone sideways to make it a bit bigger then I will like it! 😀

Yesterday I tried to log in but it wasn't possible. THe derver is taling a break. So I could imagine that the side will change! For all others it was probably ... surprising!

Yeah I'm not a fan of the new layout but as it's only the main page it's not like it matters much. I never really stay on the main page anyway.

When you receive new quotes/reputation it pops up as before in the notification section of the box. To view quotes already received just view your profile and go to the quotes section and they are there. To view karma comments just go to your main user control panel.

Arbella - if you are using a mobile device the boards are set up to be Tapatalk enabled.

As I said elsewhere, Darla and I took everything into consideration before actually going ahead and making the physical changes. We like the look of the new page, change is good, you don't last as long as we have by resting on your laurels.

It is not like we changed the format of the entire boards, its the main page, you don't notice it then minute you click on a forum.

How strange. Not any of mine are showing up. Can someone rep this post and I'll see? Maybe it's not working with my browser. I'm using google chrome.

I get mentions and post quotes, just not a notification for reps! 😕

I know it is working fine for me on Safari and IE. If anyone else has this problem please do not post about it - I will look into it.

[MENTION=8885]nightshade[/MENTION] I didn't get your rep comment either. :/ I've gotten other ones too and noone is showing up to my page. I tried switching to internet explorer, but it didn't make any difference. 🙁

Is anyone else having this problem? What can be the cause?
