I'm especially excited this time because i'm going to collect season 9 as it comes out, which means I can pick up each amazing Jo Chen cover!
 
Oh, and Angel's series is going to be with Faith. Right now it's called Angel and Faith (although I sure hope they come up with a more inventive title!).

I'm a little worried that he says he hadn't previously watched any Angel episodes, but if he does his research and "gets" Angel, I'm OK with that. I mean really, can it be any worse than what Scott Allie did to Angel in s8? God, I shouldn't have said that!

I only skimmed the article, but so far it looks like the new writer might be a little bit of a Spuffy...😀
 
These look amazing. From reading that interview, I'm a little wary of the future of the Scooby gang though.

I'm guessing she probably will. I'm anxious to see her stuff. I have no idea if she's a fan of the shows, but I have seen some other work by her, and while I was impressed at her skill, her work seemed a little...flat, I guess. Like her heart wasn't in it.

I thought he spoke on length on how he recently watched the shows and became hooked? When he spoke, he did so as someone who actually understands Angel as a character.

As a Fuffy shipper as I am, I'm so happy Faith joined Ats!! It's more interesting that way. And more Faith screen time(panels time?). YES!! 😀

So excited! I'm actually looking forward to "Angel and Faith" more than Buffy's title 😛

I'm especially interested in who else is joining Angel and Faith in their book, I highly doubt it will just be the both of them. Hopefully some of the Fang Gang come back.
 
All of these covers are really great! Makes me hyper-excited for season nine 🙂
 
With Angel operating mainly around London anr the surrounding area, I wonder what's going to happen to Angel Investigations and the LA crew. Will they join Angel and Faith, or stay where they are, which pretty much means that they'll be written out of the story line? I would really hate to think that we've seen the last of Gunn, Illyria, Connor, or even Wes and Cordy.
