Lol, I weigh myself 3 times every day.. xD In the morning, 6 pm and 12 am.
Oh, that's not good hun. You can't loose a lot of weight in that time, and you'll just be depressed about not loosing it. :/

Why? That sounds a bit crazy.

I CAN'T WAIT!Wait till you become a woman. 😀
I CAN'T WAIT!
I think it's quite counter-productive constantly weighing yourself as PrincessBuffy16 says. It can't lead to anything good because when you reach your target weight you could set it lower and repeat the process until you become dangerously thin. This is what happened to Karen Carpenter and it was a complete tragedy. It is much healthier to abandon the scales and instead go by how you feel.
Are you currently fat?I could not agree more!
I feel very comfy in my body.. but I just keep thinking.. "Okay, I lost 26 lbs.. Nothing will happen if I lose 10 more"..
Stop weighing yourself then. If anything you need to eat a bit more.No. I weigh 125 lbs. And I'm 5'6..
I'm a vegetarian too! I'd say you have nothing to worry about, if you feel healthy continue as you are.I'm not overweight, in fact some people would probably even call me skinny, but that's more down to good genes than healthy eating or exercise. I could definitely tone up and I do try, but I guess I do everything in that area kinda half-heartedly - I'm a vegetarian and I go for runs every now and then (about twice a week from March until Oktober), but apart from that I'm pretty lazy. I'm a full-time student and I hold down two jobs, so I simply don't have the time to cook proper meals, so I mostly live off ramen noodles and cereal (unless my flatmate takes pity and makes dinner for me).
Here's a tip: have a glass of water before eating and smaller portions will fill you right up 🙂Here's the thing: Everything in moderation. I gained a lot of weight because I was depressed. Comfort food and all. Then my twin moved to California, and while there, he's been giving me little tips on what to do. Less salt, less sugar, less in general. I take everything I'm about to eat and cut it in half. By the end of my meal, I now have left overs, so it saves money, and I'm still not hungry. Most of the time I eat out of boredom. There's also the fact that I want to prove to my brother I can do this. I've lost 24 lbs already.
Weight Watchers helps me a lot, but they're expensive. I take what I learned from going there a few years ago. That's where I got the trick to order a to-go box with my food at restaurants. Put half of the meal away. Out of sight, out of mind. I do have a problem exercising, but I have arthritis in my knees, so a lot of things are a no-go for me. I do love walking though.

fake sweet something with only 1 calory in each (could come in "pills" and could come in the shape of little baggies). I use it instead of sugar.Christopher agrees: What is sweet-low? Sounds like they name of a Porn movie or something.

That I don't know anything about.. Don't drink coffee. But before I was used to put sugar in my tea.. No I don't do that either 😀 It feels healthier.
A fat girl with big boobs is still a fat girl though, doesn't increase their attractiveness. Lots of men (such as myself) prefer them smaller, anyway. However you shouldn't care about that because it's not important- the important thing is that you do something about being overweight. I'd hate to come on here one day and see that you'd had a heart attack and perished. This isn't about being thin, this is about staying alive. I and I'm sure many others on this forum would be able to help and give you advice, but you'd have to want it. Please give this some serious thought.I'm fat and lazy. So what? Fat gives you something starting with "b" and ending with "oobs", so I'm not complaining. (sw)
That said, though, I am glad that I'm 35 kilos lighter nowadays than I was around '99. When you can't walk 100 yards in one go anymore and start risking suffocation under your own weight while sleeping, the fun pretty much is over. I'm definitely still firmly in the obese category with no intention of going out of it, TYVM, but not as morbidly anymore as back then.
