Official Discussion of "Entropy" (US and UK)

We had some moments of light relief with Warren, Andrew and Johnathon - I liked how they have been hinting all along that Andrew is gay, but finally in my opinion confirmed that,
by his comment about Spike looking really cool, and then quickly covering it by, "the girl looks hot too" - lmao 😀

During my Warren drooling sessions i've noticed that too!! They have been great this season providing the 'comic book' baddie role and lightning up the season when needed.

oooh saucy!!!! i though last nights ep ws way better than last weeks one it had more interesting content and i have to symapthise with anya good on her for having sex with spike!!!

Well this is my first post as it's been a while since I've had reason to say something about Buffy so here goes...

HAS EVERYONE LOST THEIR MINDS?!?!
How can you watch this dross and accept it as a good episode? Season 6 has thrown up some real howlers but this takes the biscuit. A storyline straight out of a tawdry soap opera and some truly awful dialogue - do the writers just not care anymore? Maybe they should go back and watch some episodes pre-season 4 to see just how good the show used to be then after they've cowered in shame they can get back to work salvaging the few decent characters that are left.

Here are a few things I don't understand:
1) What are they doing with Dawn? She's been nothing but a peripheral character since she was introduced.
2) What have they done to Anya? Do they really expect us to believe she would want to destroy Xander?
3) Why does everyone on this board think Xander is a bad guy? Do you think it would have been better for him to marry Anya anyway? Don't you think he was justified in being disgusted? I certainly was...

At least Angel continues to offer what Buffy used to. I fear the day I stop watching the show in protest is fast approaching.

1.seem to be turning dawn into a hurt and confused young teen
2.love hurts .it doesn't involve reason.of cause she wants to hurt xander
3.its not what xander's done its the thoughtless way he's done it which seems to suggest a lot of his platitudes to anya were not entirely sincere.
i'm finding this season a lot better in retrospect.i think some episodes will seem better in context of the whole season

Maybe but everything is rapidly turning into cliche while the levels of innovation and originality are dwindling into non-existence.

You really hate this season, dont you?! Im actually enjoying it, and this episode was great!
I loved the bit at the end when tara said "skip it" - how sweet.
And it wasa comical with the look on the vamp's face when he said "why wont you sleep with me again?" Lol.
Cant wait for next episode. I have heard all the spilers, but which ones are happening in the next 4 episodes?!
I felt sorry for both xander and anya for different, obvious reaosns so i dunno . . . i hope they make it together in the end!
The Andrew being gay thing was hysterical! I wanna knwo what the Troika are up to . . . !?

😀

The season was going fine until Smashed (or whatever the one after Tabula Rasa was) and then it all went to pieces. Amy was poorly utilised and the geeks have been phased out to the point that they have barely 5 minutes in every second episode. Shame really as they could have been good villains - why they felt the need to make them turn evil I'll never know.

I think this was one of my favorite episodes so far this season!

Anya was so funny with Tara and Willow ("What kind of lesbians are you?"). I too thought that the couple was Buffy and Spike from the promo. It was also so cute when Willow covered up Dawn's eyes. I love the old hacker Willow and we're finally getting her back.

I know we will get her taken away from us what with evil Willow. And yeah, the Buffy/Spike almost rape seen was horrifying and so cool. No music, really good performances!

Yep my feelings as well. I was enjoying it until Willow became an addict or whatever and its gotten really annoying. I am really bored with this season they havn't made it shine at all. It needs to pick up. Bring back the days of willow the geek and buffy when she had some determination.

i think xander was right not to marry anya when he had doubts, I don't like the obviousness of her becoming a vengence demon, that was too blatant!

I am not a big fan of this past season - but at least it looks like they will end the season better than it has been going.

Of course, I haven't been to keen on Angel this season either - makes me wonder what is up with the writers...??

AHHHHH!!!! I just watched this... and I had to talk about it! I know it aired last week, but I have been busy w/ school and track. But, OMG! I agree w/ several of you that there were times when I thought that this ep was painfully similar to a soap opera... particularly when Anya and Spike were going at it. I feel kind of conflicted about Xander. I mean I feel sorry for him, clearly he is depressed w/o Anya, but I didn't like his condemnation of Buffy. I thought Buffy was right... her friend's didnt hate her after nearly killing them, her relationship w/ Spike shouldnt be a big deal.

So, Anya's a vengeance demon again? Didn't see that coming... 🙄 NOT!

The Troika... ho hummm... Haven't been a big fan of them all season, though I am curious as to what they are up to. Andrew's gay? Really? My take on the 'He's [Spike] so cool' is that Spike is way cooler than any of the Troika will ever be. He's better dressed, better looking, he can fight, and at the moment of Andrew's comment Spike is having sex w/ Anya! All things Andrew can't hope for. That'd be interesting if he was gay, but I dont really care as IMO he's a boring character either way. I just thought that he wanted to "be like Spike".

And Hurray for Willow and Tara! "can't we just skip it?"! Tara was very gutsy there, gutsier than we've ever seen her be. (Or else she was very drunk 😉 )

Lastly, was it just me or was the preview for next week, done as well if not better than the rest of the episode? It looks so awesome, can't wait until tomorrow. I'm trying not to be spoiled, but I am hoping that last clip of Buffy is not as disturbing as it looks.
