Tonights eppy....... OMG::disturb:
I'm not sure which part I found more interesting..... Spike going to get his 'self' back and showing the slayer up OR Willow totally the meanest wiccan out there. I can not believe she did what she did to Warren. Its a toss up between if you wanted to see him die slowly with the bullet or when she ripped his skin off his body and incinerated him.😱
I can truely say that this season has gone from ho hum bored now to...... exciteing! I can't believe next week is the season finale 🙁 Willow has become the biggest baddest witch I've seen so far.

Out of this eppy, I got to thinking of Amy. I wonder why she hasn't been on to help Willow any? Wasn't that the guy Warren went and saw that turned Willow onto that really weird stuff? Or am I totally out of sync here?

Yeah I think that was Rack (sp?).

I definitely agree that this season has gone from "bored now".. to exciting, and it only took Seeing Red to do it. I didn't think Villains was as excellent as Seeing Red, but it does set us up for a showdown between Buffy and Willow, for Willow's salvation I guess... for lack of a better word. This is definitely something I never thought I'd see, and I'm not sure I want to see it. Oh I will definitley watch if I can get my hands of a vid of it, but I meant I never wanted to see a showdown between Buffy and Willow.

Argh... this season is just soooo sad.

I think Willow's power kicks ass. But if she could save Buffy's life, why didn't she go back and save Tara? Then she could have avoided all this trouble. But Warren deserved what he got. I can't wait until next week, it's all jsut happening so fast....

its an interesting question of deserving what he got, or did he? who made Willow the judge, jury and executioner? the worst part of this is that now they made Willow the "big bad", they cant kill Buffy off another season in a row, so unless she figures out a way beat Willow, though I doubt it, she is a slayer and the amount of power Willow displayed seems to much for Buffy to handle.
As mentioned above this episode was not as good as seeing red but the dramatic conflicts set up for next weeks season finale cannot be denied. cant wait till the season finale.

It's hard to look at Willow the same after seeing this episode. Yes, she loved Tara and she avenged her death. Now, she's back in dark magic and taking too much advantage of it. It's not even about vengeance anymore. Willow has committed murder for the first time and there's no turning back to that. Back in "Doppelgangland" we find out that Willow was gay. Now, I also understand her vampire side's choice of vocabulary when she said "Bored now" in last night's episode. Pretty creepy reminder, actually.

JFGAhBro,

Very creepy actually. I completely agree that its impossible to look at Willow the same way, she has lost her blood innocence. i really hope someone can stop her from killing Jonathan and Andrew.. that will be going WAY too far, if she hasnt gone to far already. Warren was vengeance, but the other 2 will be cold-blooded murder... if there is even a difference between the two.

I'll admit that the slow bullet thing was creative (even poetic), but the de-skinning was just gruesome.

I think the best part about this ep was everyone's differing views on whether or not Warren 'deserved' what Willow was going to dish out. Dawn and Xander were certainly for his death, and Xander had a point that Warren is just as evil as any vamp Buffy's killed. All pretty interesting stuff.

Somebody save Willow!!

When she said "Bored Now" I couldn't breathe!!! I guess there is more connection to those alternate realities then we realized. I thought this was a great episode, and a marvelous way to set up next week. The tension has never been so thick. And when buffy said, (in the preview for the finale), "I'll show you what a slayer really can do." I totally freaked out. Goosebumps, chills, all of it. Willow's reaction is justified, but she has to be stopped. And she will be, but remember what it was like for her to get over Oz, and he just left. Tara is dead, no coming back from that as we saw. She's gonna have a really rough time.

I think the reason Willow could save Buffy and not tara was that Buffy wasn't dead, dying yes, but not dead. Tara seemed to die instantly. What I was confused on was Willow pulled the bullet out, but why did she instantly heal? Was that Slayer power, or Willow who healed her that fast?

Hey..

Yesterday's epp was sort of boring, although necessary to advance the plot...
I sort of missed Willow as a witch, so now shes sos cool...

Anyway.. what epp did she say "bored now" and in what context? I *knew* that sounded familiar but I couldn't remember...

I cant wait for the finale! For me (in Canada) its a 2-hour deal, so I'm guessing it's the same for the US..

This episode was great. Willow absolutely surprised me. 😱 I nearly died when she said "Bored now." 😱 Only her evil self said that, so it made me wonder if she is truly evil now?? The slow-bullet scene with Warren and Willow was intense and amazing. I have to say I didn't see that coming; that or the ripping off of the skin.

This showdown between Willow and Buffy in the next episode is going to be brilliant. I can't wait to see it happen. Well, I think Willow is going to lose though; without Buffy having to kill her. I truly doubt that Willow is going to die.

I can't deny that I didn't tear up whenever Tara's death was mentioned. 🙁 It sucks so much that Willow couldn't bring her back just because she died of a natural death. You call this natural?! Somebody shot her; Warren took her life away from her! I'm glad that bastard is dead, but I don't think Willow should kill Johnathon; maybe Andrew though. I wish Willow didn't have to be the one to kill people. 😡

Buffy, kick Willow's ass back to the good side!!!

I can't recall the name of the eppy it came from but, it was the one with the alternate dimension. Where Willow was a vamp and went after Angel ???? She was toying with him, while he was in chains, and tired of it and then said "bored now" . Someone quick correct me if Im wrong.

That was either "The Wish" or "Doppelgangland." She used the quote "bored now" in both episodes.

Greets,

I'm sorry but the Buffy hollier than thou speech was getting on my nerves. She does the same damn thing every time Willow feels pain. Go back to when Glory sucked out Tara's mental stability and Willow wanted payback. Buffy said no you can't cause it's wrong. Willow asked "So when is it right? When it's someone you love who is hurt? When it's Dawn?" Buffy covers herself with something along the lines of cause we can't hurt her... but wait two episodes and when it is Dawn in trouble then the group goes and kicks Glory's butt. BTW I wonder how many human knights did Buffy kill out in that desert to save Dawn?

I am fully in the vengence camp. If you want to give me a show that demonstrates how bad life can beat you down, at least give my heroes a chance to beat back at the monsters be them demon or human.

"Bored Now" comes first from the episode called "The Wish" and was the one that introduced Anya as a Vengence Demon answering Cordy's call for vengence on Xander back in season three. It was also in "Douplelandgang" (sp) the one where Anya tries to get back her amulet but uses Willow to accidently bring back Vamp Willow.

Of all the years (5 to be exact), I've been watching "Buffy" never have I been as grossed out as I saw Warren's flesh being ripped off and him just being a big mass of muscle. Too much freakin'... uh... information? Me thinks Marti Noxon has some hidden aggressions. [she wrote "Villians"] Dude, I liked Warren too.

Amazing episode. I was in suspense the whole time, and I've been reading spoilers here and there. Willow is just so creepy being evil. But she's not really too evil.. she's looking for vengence. She found it, but she's going to be looking for more. The darkness in her is consuming her and it won't be too long until the showdown between her and Buffy next episode(s).

Glad to see Jeff Kober once again. He plays Rack (sp?), the demon/warlock/whatever who Warren went to to try and get protection. He's just too good at being evil. He sends chills up my spine!

I said it was going to be a bumpy road, but somebody please give me an inhaler of sorts.. I'll need it for the finale!

well, I've always agreed that Buffy's a hypocrit.

And Willow saved Buffy and healed her because Buffy wasn't dead, and Willow hd all that dark magic in her. When Tara was dead/dying, Willow hadn't absorbed all the magic books yet.

And can't Anya go back to being all human again simply by breaking her amulet again?

I think that last night's ep rocked!!! It was so sad when Willow said that she
wasn't coming back. I'm glad that Buffy and Xander know that Anya is a demon
again. I also think that it was pretty cool of her to want to help Willow. She
could have chosen to wash her hands of the whole situation. I think that Willow
looks great with black hair. It's different. When she appeared at the hospital, she
did look all kinds of evil. I think that I might have to watch this ep again tonight.
hehe I can't wait until next week. Buffy and Willow showdown!!!!😱

OMG! How good was this episode.

Is it just me or who wanted Warren dead? I didnt like Tara that much when I started watching Buffy but now she has gone I am REALLY REALLY gonna miss her she was a really good character and I dont wanna really wanna see Willow grieve now more.

Shes been through so much.

Im glad Warren go and I cant wait for next week, I think Willows going after the others in Jail

Im on Willows side at the moment though, But after this I want Willow to become a good witch.

I thought this episode was amazing. Buffy was annoying me too though with her whole thing about not killing Warren, I'm totally with Willow. Although I think she shouldn't kill Johnathon and Andrew, they had nothing to do with Tara's death.
I would have thought that Willow wouldn't even ask to bring Tara back once she was dead, since hopefully Tara would have gone to heaven, and Willow's seen how hard it has been for Buffy having to come back from that. On the other hand, she wasn't exactly thinking straight.
The showdown between Buffy and Willow next week should be amazing. I don't think that either of them will be killed, but it's gonna be nearly impossible for Buffy to stop Willow, she's way too powerful, though I guess she has to start running out of energy eventually.
