Pink Shoes

I wouldn't wear pink shoes for everyday casual shoes but I wouldn't mind it if my workout shoes had some pink.

I actually just bought these shoes that have pink on them.

But to be honest, if there is an option that doesn't have pink on it, 99% of the time I'm going with that.

It just seemed sexist... 3/4's of the women's shoe have pink in them or are full-blown pink. But I guess I was making a molehill into a mountain.

I could probably write non stop until tomorrow morning regarding colours, patterns, sexism and lack of diversity when it comes to children's shoes. It is a -ahem- bloody mountain.

Little kiddie shoes are horrible.
@Nix Do they work?? That is becoming really popular, putting reflexology patterns into the soles.

I have to say, I dislike pink intently. Given the choice, I always choose blue.

My last pair of trainers were bright blue but they developed a hole, so I had no choice but to get replacements and I ended up with these:

I read reviews on them and they were universally praised. Technically, they're purple & pink, but they're super comfortable and great for running. I would never have bought them if they were all pink though. They did also do them in black, but they didn't have my size at the time.

Are they adidas? Do you remember the name?
The black on the ones you showed is a redeeming factor for me, I wear a crap load of black. Generally, though, I find that statement colo

All the trainers I've ever owned are either purple or blue.

These specifically:

They are like all I own, and wear casually. Think Willow season one/two with bright coloured tights and a skirt.

But if I were ever to buy running shoes, I wouldn't be bothered if they had pink on them.

I tend to prefer dark coloured shoes, trainers included. My current ones are grey, but before that I had black ones, I'll need to get a new pair soon, so hoping for a black or grey pair again.

I just never saw her as a pinkie. Goes to show what I know.

Oh thank god!! For reals. When @Nix said she liked the pink ones I started to question my reality. At least YOU like down to your reputation. I feel Normal Again. If you would have said you liked pretty pink ones I think I might have just wigged out.

Nix and pink go together almost as much as Nix and coffee do!

I have never really had trouble finding neutral-colored running/tennis shoes, I guess. I usually gravitate towards black/white/gray things in general. I don't mind accent colors.
