Much Ado About Nothing: 9/10

I don't know how Joss did it, but he actually made me interested in Shakespeare for the first time in my entire life. All of those fancy words and illustrative phrasings had always fazed me, no matter how much we had to study for it in school. But this movie, despite having to get used to the language, is actually really good. It was warm and fuzzy and cute and Joss-y, and I loved it. The entire cast being nothing but Whedonverse regulars definitely helped. 🙂

Paranorman 8/10

Was a good movie but it's a sahme its too scarey for my little girl to watch.

Hotel Transylvania 9/10

Very funny and suitable for my girl.

Silver Linings Playbook 8.7/10

Quite a good movie. Jennifer Lawrence totally deserved her Oscar. And it only made it more powerful for me because my uncle is bipolar. Glad I saw it 🙂

Now You See Me.

10/10

Great movie, loved every second of it. And yes, okay, I KINDA saw the twist coming, but it didn't make the movie any less enjoyable. I'll definitely be seeing it again.

R.E.D. 2 9/10
I know it's just another action movie (based on comic books) but...
Bruce Willis was incredible (as always).
Ellen Mirren was great!
The whole movie was AWESOME!

(yes, I'm totallysold to Bruce Willis movies XD)

Donnie Brasco - 8/10

Top-notch gangster movie. Al Pacino and Johnny Depp give great performances.

I finally got around to seeing both "Pacific Rim" and its rip off counterpart, "Atlantic Rim." They both reminded me of the monster of the week Japanese movies of the 60's, but at least the microwave popcorn wasn't as bad as the greasy, oversalted stuff that they sell at the movies.

I would rate the double feature as a C plus or B minus. Special effects has come a long way since the rubber suits that Godzilla abd Gamera used to wear.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - 8/10

First time I've watched this. Pretty amazing, to be honest. Great ending, too, very sad though.

Fast & Furious (4) 8/10

Had a blackout yesterday and had to busy myself so I watched one I hadn't seen in a while. It's definitely not the best of the serie, but it's still good and has the essentials: Vin Diesel being a bamf, Paul walker is as cute as ever, there are loads of nice looking cars and CAR RACES!! (I'm a sucker for car races in movies... especially drift)

1D This Is Us 9.9999999999999/10

The only think that could have made it better was if it had been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay longer (they did have 639 hours of raw footage after all...) and I would've liked to see Harry, Louis and Liam's sisters. But there was plenty of shirtless Harry, the on-stage parts were incredible and the general movie was awesome!

The Conjuring - 7/10

One of the best horror movies I've seen in recent years. Old school ghost story, very entertaining and very suspenseful.

Little Miss Muffet
Little Miss Muffet
That movie had me cowering on my seat! lol
The World's End - the Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright/Nick Frost finale to their Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy. Lads' pub crawl meets Invasion of the Bodysnatchers. Very funny and poignant in parts. 8/10

The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones 7/10

Not a bad movie, but the book was better. I was not a fan of Lily Collin and Jamie Bower Campbell's chemistry (when it was there). Also, I'm sorry but Jamie is not halfway as cute as Jace is described in the book. I found Alec way cuter.

It was better than Twilight, but there were things missing/changed that I'm not sure should've been (like the vampire motorcycle thing that comes back regularly in the other books and is the reason why Jace has a motorcycle in the first place.........)

It's good Jonathan Rhys Meyer was in it. I didn't dig his hair, but he's 100% invested in his character (as always) and it kinda brings up the entire vibe of the movie.

The Departed - awesome great wonderful movie!!! One of my favorites!!!!

The Last Dragon - so so so much fun!!!!!!!

Safety Not Guaranteed - 8/10
I'm beginning to love this movie. When are they finally gonna release this on DVD or Blu-ray in Europe.

Our Idiot Brother - 7/10

I may have set my expectations TOO high because of how much I adore Paul Rudd, but it was pretty good and definitely had its almost tear-jerky moments, I think.
