Throne of Blood (1957) - 8/10
Amazing film! Based on Shakespeare's Macbeth and directed by legendary film maker Akira Kurosawa (Seven Samurai). Definitely worth watching.

Plenty of action, less gunfire than a lot of movies of this type, and I thought that Denzel Washington was a whole lot better in the role than the old guy who played the part in the TV show

Oz The Great and Powerful
Finally watched this, it wasn't great. I kinda pushed myself through the first 1 hour and then the second one... I love some of Sam Raimi's other work, I'm a Spider-Man 3 apologist.. but this was so unnecessary, there was nothing really enjoyable or interesting about it.. it gets 2/5.
