It didn't know if it wanted to be a comedy or a drama, an action movie or a spy thriller and ultimately paid the price by failing to be any of them.

I enjoyed it. I think it gives a good portrayal of life during the depression and how different times were. It even looks old xD

Safe House: 7.5/10

Good performances from Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds and nice(if somewhat dizzying)action sequences...but I have one question: Did the writer watch The Bourne Ultimatum one too many times? I swear, decent-sized chunks of the movie were lifted straight out of TBU(evil forces within the CIA want to KO someone about to reveal its secrets, etc.).

Cabin in the Woods. 9/10. Hilarious. My non Whedon fan of a husband loved it as well. I've seen it twice now.
