So I just rewatched the 3 episodes, and I think I have a very good theory on what's going to happen in this show...

I think Siobhan is still alive, and she's trying to kill her sister Bridget for killing her son Sean in a car accident from drunk driving (which would explain Bridget in a AA group).

What do you guys think? I kind of hope I'm wrong because now I'm gonna see that coming.

Ohhh, I just realized, I guess it's supposed to be obvious that
Siobhan is still alive, and she's in Paris?
I'm so dumb. 😛

I agree with the theory even if it sounds a bit too simple. Maybe it's one piece. I'm glad to see your edit. :)
Oh it's not picked up for a full season? I thought it was :S

I think 13 episodes have been ordered so far, and it is waiting on the back 9. I think it will probably get picked up though, as it is beating most CW shows in the ratings.

Ive just noticed something and im not sure whether im wrong, but I am a bit confused. At the end of the very first episode,
we she Siobhan on the phone and the guy on the other end says "Siobhan we have a problem" and thats it - she hangs up the phone and thats that.
I thought that was an odd scene anyway - but in the third episode at the beginning with the recap it has that exact same scene BUT
the guy on the other end of the phone adds "Bridget is still alive."
Now that changes eveything with that scene- it gives us more of a clue as to what Siobhan is doing/ wants. Why was this missed out on the first episode but added on the recap? I assumed
thats what the guy meant as the "problem" but it was missed out!!!!
It might just be a minor thing but its something I noticed!!!

Any help? lol

🙂

I think I caught that too but then second guessed myself. Maybe it was just cut for time?
solution

I think since the scene was directly after Bridget getting away from the guy that we were supposed to assume that the "problem" was that Bridget wasn't killed. My question is, how did the guy on the phone know that the hit man was killed. Was it simply because he never confirmed the deed was done?

I'm guessing they just assumed he was killed since they haven't heard back from him.
The one thing I don't get though is how absolutely no one has noticed anything different about Bridget- as - Siobhan. Yes, there are the several odd looks people give her and asking her if she's ok, but her best friend seems so at ease with her. Surely a best friend would know something is up??

You guys couldn't tell me apart from a robot?!

Andrew and Juliet have both said that she's different. No? If a friend or partner acts odd you directly assume or suspect that their twin that you've never heard of has replaced them? Even if the difference is huge?

Haaaaa fair point! Obviously I don't mean they should suspect its her twin they've never heard of, I don't mean that! Okay, Andrew has noticed something different and think she's changed, but I mean more Gemma! I don't recall her noticing too much actually. I just mean Bridget and Siobhan are presented as complete opposites, all I think is in the conversations between the two women they seem really close and at ease, surely there must be mannerisms in Siobhan that Bridget is not presenting! (especially considering the twins haven't known eachother for years) I just think they should have shown more of Gemma noticing odd things! If the 'difference is huge' why hasn't she mentioned anything? I do get where you are coming from though! Haaa

Maybe there's a reason Gemma act like she doesn't notice everything. Just a thought.
Oh man I'm so worried for this show. I went from thinking its an ok show in ep 1 to absolutely loving it by ep 3! I so want it to do well. Mostly because of SMG, but now I also LOVE the dynamic between Bridget and Andrew! Gah! I don't want CW to cancel it. If only they could put it on a different night. (Apparantly tuesdays are crap nights for ratings--so I've read).

On a side note, I'm hoping that the cop gets more involved. And for some reason I'm still hoping that somehow there's a lot more to the plot than we think.. but that prob is the case.. (I dont want it to be all pointless drama, I watch GG for that).

okay, so who else loved the next episode (Episode 4)??

It was AMAZING! I am loving this show! The ending was great
the dynamic of the show is going to change now that Gemma knows. It will be interesting to see her reaction and what she does with the knowledge - will she help her? will she tell?

I loved how we are now seeing more of Siobhan and that we still dont have a clue what she is up to - there are little hints dropping every so often which makes it so exciting to watch.

Still can't get over I am watching Richard from Lost in the role as a cop - it is a bit weird haaa

Great episode - I loved the flashbacks. I thought
the whole concept of the birthday and the necklace was really sweet, them passing it back and forth to eachother every year. It also shows us Bridget's grief - Bridget thinks Siobhan is dead and that scene in the bathroom when she takes the necklace after reading the letter and says "happy birthday sis" was just a great moment, a great bit of acting by SMG - you could really feel her hurt.

Can't wait to find out what happens next week!!!!!

Uh, uh, uh.. I loved this weeks episode. Especially the flashbacks to when they were little. So cute. And in the end I was like "WHAT? HOW? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?" and then the end came and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! And now I can't wait for the next weeks episode!

I am torn about this show- there are parts I really, really like, and parts that I cringe at. Same for SMG's acting (I know you guys are gonna kill me here!). I hated Siobhan at first, but now I'm intrigued and I'm getting a little bored with Bridget's character. "If you ever want a French lesson" heh-heh. I do like Andrew a lot, although I HATE his accent! Gemma grates on my nerves. The part where they're torturing Malcolm- ouch! And giving him drugs got a WOW! from me. I am glad about the reveal at the end, I was feeling a little "c'mon, let's move this along!" before that. I wish she could confide in FBI guy, I think he would help her. I did like the flashback scenes- both the twins as little girls and Shiboan and the lover (can't remember his name LOL!).

I agree!

I hated Siobhan at first, but now I'm intrigued and I'm getting a little bored with Bridget's character.

Lol I feel the opposite. I hated Siobhan and now I'm just getting bored with her while liking Bridget more.

Blasphemy! (just kidding... kind of 😉)

I am glad about the reveal at the end, I was feeling a little "c'mon, let's move this along!"

Agreed again

I do think that this episode was better paced and I loved the flashbacks. The necklace story was really cute and gave a nice insight to the twins relationship, pre-whatever happened between them.

I do however feel bored with Siobhan and whatever she's up to, I don't care and I think the part where a guy she just met pays for her hotel room, even if it is via his company, is ridiculous and frankly makes Siobhan look like... well a bit of a ho. And speaking of unflattering portrayals of men ... Gemma's husband is just... zzzz. That he keeps bugging Bridget just makes me wanna physically shove him out of the frame. Good for him that he's at least cute to look at...

Well, both men are cute to look at LOL, but I do agree with you about Gemma's husband.
Yeah I think the show keeps getting better too.

Though half of each episode seems to be about me having an anxiety attack thinking of all the things that could go wrong.

I'm abnormally attached to Andrew and don't want him to get hurt. I kinda get the feeling that it is sort of inevitable. And this makes me sad.

So just watched latest ep and I'm officially addicted to this show. Jemma finding out about Bridget, eek! I thought Henry was uber annoying, I do not like his character at all. Loved Andrew, though he is definitely going to get hurt. By both sisters. I don't understand what Siobhan is doing in Paris, what her deal is stealing those files, is she trying to get her hands on Andrew's money? And who's she working with? Why does she hate Andrew so much...gahhh!
I want more Inspector Machado dammit! Though he was in it plenty this ep..
I loved the flashbacks, the story behind the necklace was compelling and I think this was probably the first time I really felt something for the sisters' relationship. Perhaps there's more to the necklace than we think--this whole idea that it goes back and forth between the sisters, eh i dunno..
Anyway, its getting more and more exciting--and still hoping it doesnt get the axe.

Still not loving it but I haven't stopped watching yet which is more than I thought after 2 episodes so maybe I'll grow into it. The main problem for me is that I don't care much about the characters which will be needed. Andrew, can he be so sweet and innocent as he seem while Siobhan is all evil? Would be too black and white for me.
