Oh I don't really go through my dvds just to watch a scene, but when I watch episodes and see a scene or moment I really like, i'll just replay it a couple times.
There is a lot but i'll name what comes to my mind right now 😛
The opening in 'The Pack' with all of them laughing(as hyenas) and then Xander turning toward the camera with that flash in his eyes! OH NOES!
The moment when Buffy stabs Angel at the end of Becoming Part 2, and then he disappear with the portal and you can hear the sudden silence in the scene... you realize what Buffy just lost 🙁 I played that again and again back then, that's what get me the most in that episode.
The scene in Graduation Part 1 when the Mayor comes into the Library and Giles stab him after he said he'll eat Buffy. That scene is so powerful, I wish there had been more confrontations with him and the group!
The whole scene when the Scoobies merge at the end of Primeval and Buffy kick Adam's butt 🙂
Mommy scene in The Body 🙁 That always get me badly. Really good job by SMG there.
For season 6, well someone already mentioned Spike getting his soul back(which was awesome to end the season)... but I just cannot put anything over Xander yellow crayon speech to Willow. That scene i've watched so many times. Best moment ever for Xander in the series.
The First talking to Spike while changing into each previous villain and finishing all of it with 'You still don't get it. It's not about right. Not about wrong. It's about power'. Awesome scene!
For Angel hum...
Ending scene with Faith asking Angel to kill her and Wes dropping the knife at the end with just the sound of the rain and thunder. I watch that again and again.
Wesley getting shot by the dead cop and falling slowly on the wall.
Without a doubt, when the big demon comes out of the portal in 'The Price', followed by Connor going 'Hi dad'. Always give me chills.
There's so many in season four, but i'll go with both when Angelus start laughing his ass off at us because we believed the whole dream-like story that ended with Angel losing his soul, and when Cordy stabs Lilah(what the freaking hell???).
And then the ending scene of 'Not Fade Away'. I watched it so many times because I couldn't believe it was ending like that, but also because it was awesome.
