That is actually true, even if all the other episodes had sucked, season 6 and 7 would've been worth it just 'cause of OMWF... And getting the ending that is Chosen, 'cause I have realized it is exactly the ending I needed for a show like BtVS.. Not perfect, but a damn good way to say goodbye.Time Bomb said:I am so glad that they didn't end the show after season 5. Just for one we wouldn't have the musical int that case. But I love season 6 very much anyway, I just find it so interesting to see the characters take this dark path, some more than others.. And also I really like the ending, and the feeling of strenght that Chosen gives me.

Oh no, I don't don't think they sucked either, I love both those seasons (for very different reasons). I'm just saying that even if they had sucked, it would have been worth it for those two amazing episodes.LadyLavinia said:I don't think that Seasons 6 and 7 sucked. In fact, I think that those two seasons were great - especially Season 7. Both were a lot more complex than the early years. It was interesting watching Buffy finally developing (even if it was hard for her) into an adult.
This I very much agree with as well. Season 3 is a very good season, it is probably the most perfect season in my opinion. As a whole season I mean. (Although season 5 had some of that "all season" thing too, in another way.)LadyLavinia said:Of the early years, I was very impressed by Season 3.[...]

Lol yeah I guess I didn't explain that very well. Mainly 'cause I don't know how to.THE BLUE said:What do you mean by "all season" thing?

Lyri said:i think you mean a seasonal arc. a story that grows throughout the season.
to be fair, every season of both shows had an arc, but i agree, S3 and S5 of buffy had the biggest arc, meaning the main story started earliest in these seasons.
Yeah but it's not just that. I having huge troubles putting this into words 'cause there just aren't really any, lol.Lyri said:i think you mean a seasonal arc. a story that grows throughout the season.

He did that a bit for me too. But then again, Riley was there in season 5 and ruined stuff.. So I prefer season 3, 'cause of the Faith (and Fuffy) things.. 😉LadyLavinia said:Season 5 was more perfect for me than Season 3. I think that Angel spoiled Season 3 for me.
