Serious Complaint!!!

Yeah I hate it when customers just shout at you for something beyond your control and just get overly angry. You're lucky, you're in charge so you can put your foot down. I have to stand there going "I've very sorry but...".

Anyway thats a tangent, good work guys. I was a bit iffy about F/Wfan. Good to see Buffy's Angels got to work. (Who knows why I said that but hey).

lol don't get me started I spent nearly 13 hours on the phone with customers today as my part time job is customer services, so you can imagine, so I feel for you when you get shouted that...we should form a support group!

Buffy's Angels I like that 😀 Bottom of the line is that we do our best to make this a fun and easygoing place to chat, not to mention safe.

i know it was offtopic i was just interested, what did he say to faith, i only want to know because he sent me an email asking me to join BB board, i didnt even know who he was- he said he searched my profile on aol but im glad i signed up its gr8

Please read the FAQ regarding points etc.

Faith/Willowfan is NOT coming back, ever. We don't need people like that here. For all the reasons I've discussed previously.
 
no offence but i just think you dont like people disagreeing with you, you like having power over someone cos you know they like coming here and you took that away from him- he told me hat happened he said you banned when he createde his 2nd name which is why he tryed creatiing a third and he only said what he said to faith cos she said he couldnt come back because he broke the rules but i think he ad just cause, i know how much effort he put into trying to get karma points and ok so he didnt realise you could be punished for it but thats bot his fault, he was misinformed and hes not really that bright ask angelicangelus shes best mates with him and has bee for five years
 
Another day, another accusation that is your opinion and your entitled to it. So it doesn't really matter what I say because you will think what you want. I know the truth and the members know the truth. If we liked having control over people would we ask them for their opinions when we change things around? We add new features to surprise them and if they don't like them we take that onboard.

As for the reason he was banned, it was explained by myself and Buffy Summers and it is not going to change. So someone is allowed to verbally abuse someone just because they did not get their own way? Well good luck with using that one in reality. The fact is he created new accounts which yes is against the rules, he created them to start his Karma afresh, a fact that he admitted himself in his first signature. He chose the 'thief' feature, like it does in reality it comes with consequences simple as that. He was not the only one to do it, it happened to others and they did not act in the same manner.

Basically we are just going round in circles here because the outcome will not change.

He created a new account, which is not allowed so that one was banned. He could with no other consequences have gone back to his original account and gone on as a member here - no problem. But he chose to - knowing that what he was doing is against the rules - break them again. And instead of discussing it rationally he chose to make racist and demeaning comments to Faith.

He can send all the people he wants to this board to "plead his case" and try and make it look like we should allow him back. But it is not going to happen. Try and turn this around on us all you want, but I have every confidence that our real members know the truth.
 
To note something, earlier today his screenname was active. I do not know if banned members are allowed to view (but not post), but his screenname was on the 'Current Users' list.

Seems to me like 'The Willsta' has a lot in common with Faith/Willow Fan.
 
Wow. A lot of drama over some option on a message board that I still don't understand. LoL. It makes me question human intellegence when people lie and break rules for something and than are upset when they get punished for their wrong doings. I mean, hello. You kill someone, your going to jail no questions asked. Buffy Summers and Faith are the law here, just as the officers would be in a court case. Yeah, I've only been here for a short while, but they do not abuse the power they've been given. They actually made a big joke about it on April Fool's Day if I'm not mistaken. They are very genuine, caring and understanding people as long as you approach them with a nonthreatning understanding manner. If you come to them like, "I hate you and your board suxs!" then of course they're going to react badly to the way you're acting. Where as if you come to them like, "I'm just upset because I worked so hard for something and now I lost it," then they would have had some compassion for you and let you stay. I know that there was this whole thing of Magui getting banned, but she put up a good passive case...mostly...and she's still here. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. From what I've read, Faith doesn't take BS from anyone on the board. So, whatever this person said to her was probably bad enough for her to ban him. She can take a lot, this girl doesn't get upset easily. But I understand where she's coming from when she says she doesn't have to put up with it. And she's just doing her job at making this a fair safe environment for everyone else who comes to the board. If you don't like it, leave.

Regarding Magui i'm sure I posted an explanation in that thread so rather than repeating it, and out of respect for Magui say something that she might want left in the past, if you want to read it go to the thread.

You would be referring to the April Fools joke that Buffy and myself did, alot of fun and apologising to each other on MSN, where we said that I had abused my admin powers and was fired and we had a large slagging match 😀
 
This was the first post I noticed when I started posting here but as I have no idea about what was said, etc I didn't comment however has no one pointed out how ridiculous this all started because someones lil stone by their name changed from green to brown? Heh or am I not getting something? Is the karma stone a sign of distinction and 'super coolness'? last time I checked...life isn't deteremined by that lil stone....of course I haven't checked in a while.
 
The Karma is explained in the FAQ but basically if someone likes/dislikes something you said in a post they can comment on it and it contributes to your karma, you can do it in posts with that icon that has the little tick and cross on it, its just a feature really nothing serious. Nothing to do with how good they are on the boards or how long they have been here or anything like that.

I'm not that interested in the karma stone. I didn't join because of it and Im sure no one else did. Im guessing most people join to have a place to talk about buffy stuff. So it's weird someone would jeopardize that over a stupid lil stone. No need to read the FAQ... I just think it's a silly reason to start a fight. That's all. Of course im in my 20s so maybe it's my old age speaking.
