We've ALL done some incredibly stupid things in our lives. (Don't lie, you know you have!) So, it's time to share with your fellow BB family members. In retrospect, what are some of the most idiotic things you've done?
Now, I know you'll find this difficult to believe 😛 but I have done A LOT of really stupid things. Here's one:
When I lived in Mammoth, we used to go on a lot of nature walks. (For those of you who don't know, Mammoth is a volcano. It's not "officially" active, but there's quite a few lively steam vents, and sulfur seeps out of the ground in places, killing the trees)
In some places, there are signs that say, "Warning! Do not enter. Poison gases beyond this point." Its also blocked off. But one day, my friends and I decided to ignore the sign, go around the gate, and continue up the path. (Why? Because we're idiots) Well, within 7 or 8 minutes, we had trouble breathing, chest pain, and dizziness. We grabbed each other's hand and got the hell out of there. One of our group passed out as we escaped, but me and the other delinquent managed to get her down the path. Meanwhile, some tourists had called the Fish and Wildlife officers, who gave us a stern talking to. "That's why the path is blocked off and there's a warning sign!" They were so pissed. We could've died. God, that was really stupid!
Your turn. 😎
