I think the whole idea of slayer strength was never truly defined on the show, because one moment a Buffy can't kick down a metal door, the next moment she can. One moment a slayer is soon with like super speed the next moment she isn't. One moment Buffy is picking up some metal iron things that weight several hundred pounds, the next moment she's having trouble lifting something up that's about equal weight. A slayer is suppose to be much stronger then a human being so a slayer kicking a human across the room or punching it with like full force should virtually kill them or cause internal bleeding as humans aren't demons or vampires. Another moment Buffy(which I believe is her greatest feat of strength) can bend prison bars to get Andrew and Jonathon out of jail, yet she seemed to struggle a little bit to bend a hollow metal rifle. Also we get to slayer speed, Buffy has been shown to able to jump really high, but yet Faith wasn't able to do all that jumping when she fought Angel in Season Four, I believe the episode was Release. And I can keep going but I won't.
