I thought it was a hot scene... and I'm generally a Buffy/Angel fan. The really disturbing scene was in Dead Things (I think?) with the balcony scene, even SMG didn't want to do it... I'd like to erase that scene from my dvds. 😉
As said by David Fury, the house collapsing is just so expressive of the relationship between Buffy and soulless Spike. Destructive, voilent and passionate. I was all for Buffy exploring her relationship with Spike before Smashed... but I guess Spike without a soul in a relationship could never be a healthy one.

Oookaay. So by now you all probably know I'm a Spuffy fan.... but... this is just too much. There is no way that could've happened the way it did. Well, it could've, obviously, but that was crazy. It's not so much that they did it, it's the way it happened... I would've been satisfied if they'd done it in any other way, but this was just so obscene and disturbing... does anyone else agree/disagree?
And a question. Why, WHY, did Buffy just all the sudden lose control? That was completely unlike Buffy. (Is this thread completely pointeless? Why do I always feel like any thread I start is completely pointless?)
That's the way it happens...you just snap. It's what being human is all about...the fun, disturbing and pervey ways we give into things. I thought it was beautiful. I mean to littlerally bring the house down...that's what I call great sex. Good for them!::evil::
