SO what did you get for Christmas?

I have got a lovely mini calendar with cats. It's called 365 days with cats, each day, it has infos or quotes from famous people like Leonardo Da Vinci "The smallest feline is a masterpiece" 🙂. It's for people like me who have a passion for cats. My brother offered it to me because I love cats 🙂. I also got a box of chocolates, a mug with a picture of Santa Claus and a beautiful set with a pen. Plus money by my mother.

From my lads I got: a Vans Snoopy backpack and a poster for the Charlie Brown Exhibition in London. Various books - the new Kate Atkinson; Leonard Cohen poetry; Hollywood Foto-Rhetoric (photos by Feinstein); one on Scotland (I threatened to move to West Kilbride and they're encouraging me to go) and a book on pottery with an IOU for pottery classes. Two tote bags with quotes and illustrations by Cohen (one of which has a trilby on and I mistook it for Humphrey Bogart). Three DVDs (including The City & The City); Seven Blurays (Sharp Objects, American Gods, Blade Runner etc.). Various ornaments, chocolates and scarves, two Swatch watches, a Buffy journal and the Buffy comic for kids (that was a wind-up).

Oh and this (the script not the books - they're mine):

Must be quite a few of these out there. This one's going for just $16.99! 😳

There are. I'm sure my sons said they bought it at Manchester Comic Con. I've seen a couple that claim to be genuine but, TBH, I'm not a collector of Buffy memorabilia - I only buy the books/films. It's the thought that counts. 😉 I also had a doughnut maker from them - I think they've forgotten how old I am! 🙄

In all honesty, I think it's a reprint - they won't commit to telling me. They considered the Spike puppet but said it was cheaper to get James Marsters than it was the puppet!

Now that funny . LOL . I would have thought the other way myself .

It could be . I heard how some people make copies & then trace over the signings so it look like the real thing .
