Something we wouldn't know about you?

Thought of a few more.

- I plan to be a renaissance man of entertainment; movies, games, comics, books. I also plan to attend college and study psychology and criminology so that I can become a profiler.

- As seen above; I have a morbid fascination with serial killers like some others have said.

- I am constantly preparing for the zombie apocalypse.

- I have no off switch.

- I give the greatest massages ever.

- I'm a huge Michael Jackson fan.

- I once broke my neck in three places; rolling my car 5 times at eighty miles an hour. I exited the car without assistance and spent half a day in the hospital.

- I have seven different nicknames; Ran the Man, The Amazing Rando, Rainbow, Randy Dandy Sweet as Candy, 10%, Ramon, Otho.

Lol my brother plans for the zombie apocolypse
Lol don't worry about it, love. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with serial killers but I find them awfully fascinating in a morbid kinda way. Not that I'd like to come across one anytime soon, but y'know. When we were studying Killers in psychology I found it really interesting. Enough so I can say my 'favourite' (that still sounds wrong!) serial killer is H.H.Holmes.

And in a similar way, I have a bit of a weird fascination when it comes to old abandoned hospitals and asylums and whatnot. I've never done it myself, but I love seeing the pictures Urban Explorers post of inside places like that.

I don't know that I'm literally obsessed with them, lol. But, I am quite interested in them. One of my favorite classes, was my Forensic Psychology class where we had a project that entailed creating a crime scene, getting to actually be the serial killer, and then going over other crime scenes for evidence of a crime that had been committed. It was really quite interesting.

Yeah, I always thought it would be interesting to see the inside of an old abandoned hospital or asylums. The things I've heard about those kinds of places, sort of makes my skin crawl in a really good way. rotfl. Yeah, I know...I'm utterly insane.

Tueuse de Vampires agrees: I wanna do a master in forensic psychology!

Well, the classes that I took were quite interesting. I just wish I could have finished my schooling. 🙂

3. I love football and I sometimes travel 1000 kilometres in one day to see my team (Werder Bremen) play
4. I love kids and they love me, and I never get annoyed by them.

Things you may not know about me (unless you are in Merrick or are Lyri)

I snuck into the Nou Camp to see the Barcelona team train. I don't know I wasn't caught.

When I was in Australia a couple years ago I accidentally set myself on fire. Whooops!

Cracking knuckles is the most horrific sound in the world. If you do it around me I will hit you. Hard.

The last 6 months of 2008 were the best of my life. I'd go back to that time in a heartbeat.

-I am allergic to all fish except crustaceans

Ha! I'm the exact opposite. Deadly allergic to crustaceans but no fish (anymore at least)

And about the being born blonde and blue-eyed and it changing, same thing happened to both my sis and foster-brother. Recessive genes that failed in the end I guess 🙂

WOW at House of Leaves. I've met few people who've read, let alone loved it.
- I was born with an awful lot of hair for a new-born

- I was very intelligent when I was a kid. I remember when I registered in primary school at five, the headmaster was mouth wide open when he showed me drawings in his book and he expected me to say "that is a planet" like any child but I said "That is Saturn". I actually had seen that on television, but I remembered it. I learned to read extremely quick and read popularized books on history, science, astrology and mythology, or I was watching things on television about those subjects. I didn't have to study for school as I was "recording" in my head anything the teacher said. Those were awesome times, now I seem to be at a more normal intellect level. Which means I have to work more. What a decay.

- I have like radars. I have a radar for 'dangerous people' or people I'll have problems with in the future. That thing inside of me that says "KSSSSSSSS. PERSON SMELLS BAD, BAD, BAD". And I'm always right! But it happened once that I didn't feel anything while the person was like the devil. I also have a radar for gay girls. But it doesn't work with boys. Honestly, you can put in front of me the gayest man on the planet and I won't see he is gay, I'll just think it's an effiminate boy.
I also have a weirdo-radar. Like "That girl seems to be asocial. And this guy looks like a dealer-junkie. We'll get along great!". And those are generally the people I get along the most with, those who had the weird factor.

- For some reasons, gays and younger people adore me. I remember in High School, I had really younger acquaintances who would come to say hi to me and make signs to their friends who looked like that: "😱". It was the same on primary school. I never got it because, okay, it's always cool to know older people when you are young, but I was not in the cool crowd, I was in the weirdo crowd (and proud of it!)

- When I was younger, my mum was scared I was going to get eaten in this world because I was being such a naive, candide Care Bear all the time. I actually do fine in society even tough I'm still very candide. People often think they can use me as much as they want, ask me anything, do anything they want with me, and they are often surprise when I say "Er, no." They always seem surprised to see that I may be nice, I'm not half stupid as I look. SURPRISE!

- I discovered I was very into "positive egoisme". People think I help, listen to people because I'm just very nice but in fact, it's because of my empathy. Empathy makes me feel people's pain. So that makes me in pain. And I don't want to be in pain. So I make things better. Well that's the way it started but it became much more natural.

- I have an unwavering optimism. It's almost extraterrian to be that optimistic. It doesn't mean I can't recognize a lost cause when I see one, but it never stops me from seeing positive sides or less negative sides (big nuance). It's quite handy when I have friends who think they'll fail an exam, for example, because I have a positive thing to say to every single negative thing they have to say. So they don't have the choice but to admit that "okay, things are not that terrible"

- I talk so much about karma and chakras and positive vibes that people start talking about these too and believing in them.

- I seem to often have an incredible luck. Like having the job I want easily, having the last camera on sale,...Okay, those are the only example I have right now, but it often happens that I have such a luck I wonder if I don't have a leprechaun near me :tongue3:

- Too much sugar makes me look highly drunk. And I can't hold my liquor.

- People often ask me "Don't you ever sleep?" and "What did you smoke?" and "Are you drunk?". Then again, it must be the sugar.

- I'm shy with strangers, but I'm almost mute when a very, very charismatic person talks to me. I didn't realized it until I talked to a friend, giving name of people that impressed me so much I was almost terrified and she said "There are all very charismatic person, you seem to be more terrified by that kind of person!"

- I used to be very autodidact with computers and langages, but I kind of lost that a bit too.

- I was always interested in woman's history.

- I always attract obsessed guys, perverts, psychos. Trouble-magnet?

- I can talk about anything.

- Oh, and I'm not good at giving people short answers. I think I talk too much.

- And last but not least, I'M INSANELY OBSESSED WITH BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER!

A few random ones which might be of interest:

-I've been a Doctor Who fan since 1981 and have seen six Doctors in person.
-I'm a failed English teacher.
-My sporting allegiances are all over the place because I've moved around. Football-Tranmere Rovers (I was born about half a mile from the ground). Cricket- Somerset (where I first watched a live game). Rugby- the team from the town where I live now. American Football- 49ers (the big team when I was introduced to the game). Aussie Rules- Fremantle Dockers (I decided I'd support them or the West Coast Eagles depending on who won the derby game the week after I visited Perth).
-I own a small share in a railway locomotive.
-Last year I went to Hungary and was accosted by a prostitute on the streets of Budapest on my way home from the opera.
-I'm an only child, although strictly speaking my mum should have been completely infertile.
