The girl in question
1. In the Girl in Question Andrew told Spike (and Angel) to "move on and you might catch her one day" Do you think this was good advice? Are we seeing Spike do that now? What are the implications for the future?
I love that Andrew told Spike that Buffy loved him too. I don't remember that scene very well so no specifics from me, but I think it was great advice. Spike needed to move on, and I think he has. Not from loving Buffy (of course 😉), but from needing her. And that's a great (re)start for a relationship in my book. 🙂
2. Did your support of Spike/Buffy waver at any point in the series (TV or comics)?
I only started supporting them after Season 5, since before that I was kinda on the Bangel ship. I know, I know. 😛 My support for them definitely wavered after Seeing Red. Depictions of sexual assault really, really upset me. I don't know how to explain it, but they just make me want to throw up. I couldn't stand to see Buffy scream like that, and so it was weird, seeing this happen with my favorite couple. Seeing it perpetuated by one of my favorite characters, even! At the same time, it was like I couldn't imagine them not being in each other's lives anymore. I remember when I first watched, I sped through the end of Season 6 to get to Season 7 because I was so desperate to see how they would try to resolve things.
I'm fully back on the Spuffy train now obviously lol, since I honestly believe that they've moved on from that. Buffy isn't the same woman she was in Season 6, and Spike's not the same as he was then either. Moreover, Buffy and Spike didn't LET themselves stay the same. They actively tried to change after that (Spike even more so than Buffy though, for obvious reasons, since his mistake was truly awful), and that made me ship them again.
3. Prior to Season 6, do you think there was a believable time at which Buffy and Spike could have started a relationship without Buffy dying/getting resurrected and everything else that followed?
I might be in the minority on this, but not really, actually. I'm pretty happy with when everything started happening. I just LOVE that kiss in OMWF. I can't see Buffy being in a relationship with him in the early seasons, or Season 4, and while I do love that kiss in Intervention, I don't think I would like it as much if something romantic started from that. I think they had to be friends first.
4. What do you think was Buffy's biggest "green-eyed" moment, where Spike is concerned? Spike's, where Buffy is concerned?
When Faith is sitting with Spike on the bed and he's shirtless! I mean, damn! They looked really good together...I even got jealous, lmao. I love that the jealous look on Buffy's face is so clear when she's usually one to hide her emotions.
Spike's? Hm, probably in "The Girl in Question" in AtS season 5. I almost put Buffy's kiss with Angel in End of Days, but I actually think he handled it pretty well, considering. But in TGIQ, he's basically behaving like a git throughout. A lovable one, but still. 😛
5. Do you think Buffy and Spike have a residual kinky streak, post-Season 6, or was that specific to the circumstances?
Residual kinky streak!! The sex in Season 6 was obviously destructive because of the motives behind it, but I don't think that the sex itself was destructive. I actually think kinky could be very healthy, since those two are obviously very passionate people who are interested in, ahem, exploration...😀 Hee. I think it would be very cool if (in my ideal post-Season 8 world where Buffy and Spike are happily together) those two crazy kids were to revisit some old memories and make them new again. Take some of that darkness, get rid of those awful circumstances, and make it their own. 🙂

Ooh, I really like this idea. I'd always had a similar feeling about this, but I'd never been able to put it into words. I think there's definitely some projecting going on in the "No, you don't".
