I guessed it "Casual ILY at the end of the final issue" but only in my most optimistic mood, I was also worried about her saying it again in a deathbed situation. This is what I love about Spuffy so many years together an no repetition so that everything still feels new and first

Spuffy is true love, Spuffy is endgame. Spuffy is everything!
This is why I love Spuffy it took so long but it was so well worth the wait my day is totally amazing
I'm so proud that I keep being invested in this ship on the boards and I truly will forever thank Spuffy for being two pieces to a puzzle which is amazing beautiful work of characters & art!
They are fantastic that they work through their flaws and they're in love!
 
And doesn't Buffy look so cool with a shaved head? That's just so punk and ties in with Spike so well. My only worry (yeah I'm a downer, sorry) is that they are sat near an Exit sign. I hope that doesn't mean this is the end. though it would be a beautiful ending 😀

What? no big Spuffy wedding in season 12? 😕 (Just kidding I am not that optimistic😛)
Buffyverse is not even close to ending, Giles comics is announced right? This could be a long break for Buffy comics though.
Her hair looks cool I wonder if it's a fashion choice or a beat up

OMG Angel is kissing Illyria! I don't know how to feel about that. Fred stopped him from stopping his own siring (does that make sense) and then he and Illyria were kissing. I don't know what to think of that. My nightmare theory is that Angel will eventually stop himself from being sired, and the whole Buffyverse will come crashing down . . . none of is ever happening.

Must say I haven't actually read the comic yet, this is all from a Spoiler Grace put on the board of the last page. Just seems odd, Buffy and Spike get ILY and Angel is trying to turn back time

Which is similar to what happened with Twilight - he tried to bring about the end of one history and replace it a world of his own making (which had a history remarkably similar to the original worlds but idealised by him). He needs therapy (quite literally!).

I dont read Angel so my knowledge here is quite lacking but does not stoping his siring means no ensouled vampire to save the world from the First and so no world at all?

Buffy's shaved head was interesting lol! She still looks great haha but I prefer her regular hair! & I really hope this is not the end but if it is I'm so proud!

There's no saying her meeting with The Master would have gone the way it did without Angel. She would never have overheard him and Giles discussing her imminent death in Prophecy Girl for a start. It would actually be really interesting to go back to the start and see how it might go if Angel had never existed

It's also possible she would have been killed by Luke in The Harvest without Angel's cross necklace. Or by The Three in Angel.

ETA: Whoops, I'm sorry! I thought this was the comics forum, not the Back Steps. I will see myself out... 🙂

Well Giles may equally have never received the codex then. Given that prophecies always come to be fulfilled in some form, Buffy still would have died in some way. Ot maybe if the codex had not been lost (or 'lost' in the sense that Angelus may have acquired it) the Watchers Council would have known about it from the beginning. They may have trained Buffy better, or alternately set her up to be a kind of Wishverse-Buffy slayer - hardened and friendless, maybe even resigned to the inevitability of her death. A disposable weapon.

Imo Buffy loved Spike since Season 6! She was so hurt in Entropy because she cared about him & his actions so deeply! I think she was just scared to admit it and Season 7 she finally did but Spike was too insecure in himself to accept it but now finally both of them love their relationship, their confident in each other, they make each other better people & they're truly in love and they are endgame!🙂
