yeah exactly... yeah i am a bangel shipper... but that is a thing of the past.. spuffy i think is more mature.. bangel was.. it would be weird to see buffy back with angel.. because she was only a teenager.. and she has become an adult and matured heaps over the 7 seasons of BTVS!!! and bangel wasnt really a mature relationship.. angel was buffy's high school sweety.. and i agree with everything you have said drtroy... basically... spuffy hot... bangel not... (not anymore)
 
ok guys, Dander now have buttons for their sigs!! we HAVE to do better then this!!
does anyone want to make a button for us Spuffies? i could do it, but it won't be animated like the Dander button 🙁

I hadn't noticed that. I can make something. I don't do animations, but it would definitely have some Spuffy lovin in it! 🙂
 
I was just watching the last three episodes of Buffy season 7, and I just fall in love with Spuffy more and more... everytime a spuffy ep comes up... I love Spuffy more.. dont ask me why... i guess its just a hot and sexy 'ship! (i mean two hotties.. what can i say?)
 
Aren't you people sick of people saying that Spike/Buffy relationship was all about sex I mean really did those people even watch S7 in that season their relationship took a whole new road that is rootly different from season 6.
What do you think? Do you like them for the heat between them? Or their love? or both? 😀
 
C'mon people keep the chatting going, I'm asking you people about a way to sire new spuffy fans any ideas of someone who should be sired? or even how?
 
I love everything about Spuffy... I love the heat between them... and of course the love.... they both have the best chemistry between them, Bangel was not as mature as the spuffy relationship if you get that?
 
I totally agree with you I love spuffy because Spike wasn't Angel not that I hate Angel or anything it's just that it gave Buffy's relationships wider horizons like she doesn't always connected to a certain kind of thing
 
i don't love Spuffy just because Spike isn't Angel.
i recently started watching the series from the beginning again, remembering why i loved this show in the first place.
watching the Bangel relationship again, remembering that it was set when both Buffy and Angel had yet to mature, makes it seem...innocent, somehow. both Cangel and Spuffy showed that, at the time when they were together, Buffy and Angel weren't ready for a mature relationship. even though Angel was over 200 years old, his love for Buffy was still that sweet, innocent love we have in our early teens.
if you actually think about it in a time sense, Bangel was quite a short relationship. they didn't really start a full relationship until early S2, then Angelus happened, and he went to hell, and he was back quite a while before the realtionship started up again, and then he left.
Spuffy lasted longer if you think about it.
 
Yes lyri I can see that too but what I mean in Spike wasn't Angel I was looking at the relationshi[ from buffy's eyes i guess but that totally isn't the only reason for loving that relationship
 
Yeah.. I know they hadn't yet matured... but there is this 'spark' between spike and buffy that wasnt seen in any other buffy 'ships....

I just rewatched "Chosen" again a couple days ago. I still get goosebumps when Buffy is talking to Spike in the basement. During the part about the amulet, when Buffy says that the amulet is meant to be worn by a champion, and then she hands it to him. That moment goes beyond the passion that they shared as lovers, and is a true romantic moment. Don't you think?

Yes Spikedbuffy I feel the same way about that moment it's just how everyone thinks differently about it but thank god we think the same
 
lol.. guys you are all so cute, someone was talking to me the other day about the whole spuffy 'ship and that they found it wrong and that Buffy just used Spike... nearly smacked the person over the head... I wouldnt really since Im not too much of a violent person.. maybe verbal.. lol.. that really annoyed me though, I think Spuffy is ONE of the only 'ships in Btvs that actually is love and expresses that emotion.. like Riley and Buffy.. that was NOT a relationship.. well it was.. but I hated it with a passion. anways i just had to get that off my chest! 🙂

i think most Bangels and Spuffies hate the Briley 'ship...it just wasn't for Buffy.

i def know what you guys mean about that part in the bsaement...it's one of my fave Spuffy moments.
i also love the part in 'Touched' when he's telling her that he doesn't love her because he can't have her, he loves her for how she fights and what she is, who she is...that always makes me teary.

I actually didn't mind the Buffy/Riley relationship, but was happy when Spike and Buffy finally hooked up! (I waited for it all fourth and fifth season)
 
i'm sorta with ya, SpikedBuffy. i didn't mind the Briley 'ship during S4, but for some reason it just really pissed me off during S5...i think it was probably because is was growing more towards the Spuffy thing. and then when we found out that Spike was in love with Buffy, i was like, move over Riley! lol
 
yeah.... totally agreeing with you guys there.. i think i only disliked the briley ship because i was waiting for the whole spuffy ship to happen... in s4 it didnt annoy me that much... but in season5 it was defintely a move over riley thing! lol 🙂
