Stealing art and selling it, tricking DVD customers!!

That sucks, I mean it is a similar situation with banksy. Everywhere you go in London (and many places across the world) use his street art images on t-shirts, mugs and everything you can think of. His art is, of course, illegal so he can't and won't sue. I think when you produce art in certain ways you just have to realise that some bozo will try make a buck out of it... It sucks balls.

There's a similar dilemma that exists in the Prop Making world and it's called "Recasting".
Recasting is basically when you buy a prop from someone else and throw some rubber on it to make a mold then start pumping out cheap copies of that piece just to try to make a buck.

It's a fine line to walk where props are concerned because you have to stop and remember that 9 time out of 10 a person who makes a prop from a movie or a TV Show doesn't own the rights to it in the first place, even if it's made for a studio!

I'm not condoning what has been done here because obviously it's a blatant rip-off of someone elses work but she has no more right to sue over it than you or I because the subject matter is not her own copy-write.

I agree though that in protest, no-one should do business with the person who is using it without permission!

Exactly; that's why her work keeps getting stolen. She's so damn good and everyone loves her art.

Too bad she's a Spuffy fan or else I'd probably use every last one of her desktops.

It's the one she's most famous for... The piece in which Buffy is standing on a rock, wearing a black dress and holding a sword (a manip she worked hard on, no doubt), with Angel and Spike in the background, which is a stormy-looking sea with skulls all around them.
