Your roads are so damn narrow anyway. Can't imagine trying to drive them with snow on the ground; must be like trying to thread a needle.

Driving Liverpool to Bude on icy post snow roads was one of the most terrifying things I've ever experienced!

I'm rural too, so only the main roads get gritted, even then some don't get done. I did go sliding down the hill, after the road wasn't done, I tried going to work when I used to work out of town but couldn't get anywhere
