Storyteller--what did you think of Andrew?

Aaah storyteller was so funny. The kissing scene is hilarious, so's when hes in the bathroom and Anya goes ''why couldn't you just be masturbating like the rest of us'' 🙂 ha ha. Andrew should be a comedian.(how funny was damage)

I live for STORYTELLER! It is very funny and it's very seriously! I love Andrew! He was an amazing addition to the cast in the final season. He and Anya helped add a nice comedic flair to a really dark season. I have also decided that Season Seven in now my second favorite after watching it again. It filled with so many different emotions! It's an amazing season! Like one said they did try to cram a lot into the season but the there are more "hits" than "misses!"

I liked Storyteller. Andrew, in general, gets on my nerves b/c he's too whiny, but you can't deny this was a funny episode; very well-written and acted. 🙂 But, because it features so much Andrew, I didn't LOVE it.

Andrew is annoying, but this was a great episode.

The scene with them Dancing around like Gods was hilarious.

In my opinion, Andrew is chaff that needs to be separated from the wheat.
He's not cute or funny, just strictly annoying.

"In my plan... We are beltless." XD

I too, love this episode, especially how he slants the truths so that they actually make really good stories.

Favorite part? Spike shouting at him agressively for Andrew filming him, only to a split moment later break the menace mold and say 'Oh, what? The light isn't right? I'll stand here, how about this?' Haha!

Love that part too.

I love this episode. Selfless and Storyteller are my two favourites of season 7. I didn't like Andrew at the start, but he grew on me after Storyteller.

Love Me Some Andrew

Andrew Andrew Andrew..what can I say about him?? He so cracks me up! This was one of my favorite episodes of Season 7.

I have trouble getting past Andrew's whiny voice. Bluh... He does have some funny lines, but overall I find him very annoying.

I used to hate Andrew, but this episode made me love him.

And Anya... oh Anya... "Why can't you just masturbate like the rest of us?". I almost passed out from laughing so much. XD

One of my favourite Anya lines.
Storyteller is my favourite episode of season 7, I just love it. 🙂 The way it's shot, the writing, Tom Lenk, it's all perfect. 'In my plan, we are beltless!' 😀

One of the things I loved most about this episode were the dry-erase drawings, although his connection with Anya really got to me for some reason--in a good way. It's fitting that an ex-demon would somewhat befriend a guy that murdered his own friend.

Also, when I watched this episode, it clicked that my newish friend shared a name with Andrew. No lie. At the time, I was in a class with a guy named Andy... last name... Wells! They're nothing alike, besides both being a little off-kilter, but it's still quite interesting.

Back on topic though... Andrew really proves his loyalty to Buffy and the gang, and his scene at the end was one of the most powerful of the season. Buffy's portrayal of redemption has always been a big part of why I adore the series and Andrew's story has been one that I have related too. No, I didn't murder anyone, but sometimes I feel like I've been the catalyst in certain situations with friends, and watching Andrew--especially in Storyteller--has meant a lot to me.

Plus he's just hilarious. The scene in which he "mouths" Anya's words (that sounds dirty?) instead of Xander's reminds me of when I mime along to Anya's part in "I'll Never Tell".

I love this ep and it made me love Andrew's character (which had been growing on me due to Lenk's comic delivery genius). I agree with earlier poster that it's pretty heavily implied that Andrew is gay and deeply crushed out on Warren. He had to act all "into" girls when with the trio but even then there were loads of little lines and facial expressions that gave it away, and I thought it was brilliantly done.

He also had a crush on Spike.
I love this episode, and I personally adore Andrew though I can see why others don't. He just cracks me up.

Wow. I'm so suprised. Andrew is ok and he had his funny moments.....but really? I always thought it felt like filler to me. Like its almost the end of the show and they really didn't have much else to work with so why not do an Andrew episode?

Filler is debatable, but at least it brought back some of the early-seasons zaniness.
