Tara & Willow Appreciation Thread: "I will always find you."

1. Why do you ship Tillow?
I have a lot of reasons. I'll say two.
They are the most beautiful couple in the Buffyverse. And on TV period. Their love stretches to the moon and back googolplexian times.
Because they are the two amazingly hot women whose love brought me out. They helped me realize I liked girls... and that you could actually have a real, true, loving relationship...

2. What was the first scene that made you fall in love with them? and why?
Well, I already loved them from knowing the musical before actually watching the show. But when there hands met in "Hush" my heart jumped and I was so happy... I don't know how to explain it...

3. What is your favorite scene between them and why?
I love SO many of them... but I think I would have to say the one in "The Body" right after Xander punches a hole in Willow's wall and he is looking for a bandaid, Willow and Tara are holding hands and Willow mouthes to Tara "I love you"... It was SO sweet. Cause if you weren't paying attention, you wouldn't even notice that it happens.... 🙂

4. Is there any part of their story you would change?
I would change the whole "Willow messes with Tara's mind" and "Tara gets to die for Willow to become evil" plots....

5. Do you have a favorite Tillow episode?
My favorite episode ever would have to be "Family" I ESPECIALLY LOVE the end when Willow tells Tara "I see where you've come from, and I see who you've become and it just makes me love you more" (Or something to that affect, I haven't watched in SO long. It's saddening....) Anyways... that part was SO beautiful... my heart literally started racing and I felt their love for each other...


Oh gods... I LOVE them! Just writing all this makes me wanna watch, but it's 10:00pm and I have a test in the morning... 🙁 lol

I just realized I never answered the questions.

1. Why do you ship Tillow?
Tillow is true love and it's so beautiful. It's obvious Tara and Willow are made for each other. They bring out the best in each other. They are soulmates and I'm a sucker for a good love story. Willow brought Tara into the light and through Tara, Willow found herself.

2. What was the first scene that made you fall in love with them? and why?
In Hush when they move the vending machine. Their minds were in sync and it was obvious they were meant to be... to me at least.

3. What is your favorite scene between them and why?
Oh god there's so many good ones to choose from! All of them? (except the few fights and Tara dying) haha I don't know... I think my favorite would be the "I will always find you" scene... when Tara gets her mind back. I think Alyson and Amber were amazing and it was such a beautiful scene. A true testament to their love. And a promise.... a beautiful promise.

4. Is there any part of their story you would change?
If I could change anything... it'd be the way Willow treated Tara in season 6. She took Tara's love for granted and betrayed her trust multiple times. She violated Tara in All the Way and violated everybody in Tabula Rasa in another attempt to violate Tara AFTER Tara told her how hurt she was by it the first time. I'd take that and the break up and stuff all away.

5. Do you have a favorite Tillow episode?
New Moon Rising. It leaves me with a feeling of warmth and happiness and I love it to death.

1. What do you think stand out about Tillow versus all the other ships in the verse?
Tillow is the only major ship you cannot debate they didn't love each other at any point of their cannon relationship.

2. What song comes to mind when you see Tillow?
Right now, Enchanted by Taylor Swift. That's probably because it's got a very mystical feel to it and it flahses me back to that scene in Hush where they move the vending machine... and I still haven't been able to get Speak Now off of repeat so it's practically all I've listened to the past few weeks.

3. If Tara could be brought back somehow, how do you envision it would happen?
I envision Willow hopping dimensions looking for something or someone and she happens to hop into the heavenly dimension Tara's in. She doesn't want to leave but Tara makes her and gives her hope and happiness for the future and Willow goes on living.

4. How do you think Willow would react towards Tara's return?
See above.

How did I not know about this thread?? Tillow is my OTP!

1. Why do you ship Tillow?
They're just so beautiful. Their love is really true love, and I just love them, I can't even explain.

2. What was the first scene that made you fall in love with them? and why?
I think in Hush, when Willow was the only one that really noticed Tara.

3. What is your favorite scene between them and why?
Oh gosh, I don't even know, I love them all! Um... Okay, I really love at the end of Entropy when Tara would much rather skip the long process of fixing things and they kiss. 🙂

4. Is there any part of their story you would change?
The way Willow took advantage of Tara, especially when she messed with her mind, after everything she's been through.

5. Do you have a favorite Tillow episode?
Probably New Moon Rising, because that's when Willow finally chooses Tara over Oz, which I think was of course the right choice. They just had a lot of really great moments. 😀

Why do you ship Tillow?

I'm not good with words but I just think they're wonderful together, what they have is undeniable and even though it's just fiction I get really happy watching them in a way that I very rarely do.

What was the first scene that made you fall in love with them? and why?

During first viewing of Hush - I thought it was pretty obvious right away and I was hooked.

What is your favorite scene between them and why?

In The Body when Willow mouthes 'I love you' to Tara.

Is there any part of their story you would change?

I'm actually okey with Tara dying and all of that, now, but I wish that she had been brought back, not for good but just for one episode or one scene interacting with Willow in s7 or in the comics.

Do you have a favorite Tillow episode?

New Moon Rising. I've watched that episode more times than any other btvs ep.

Their love is real. It's just so genuine and lovely and they have these really sweet moments that I buy. They don't have a ridiculously angsty relationship but it isn't boring either. I just love to watch them together. Ugh Tillow forever!.

2. What was the first scene that made you fall in love with them? and why?
Hmm...it honestly wasn't Hush. I think the scene is in Listening to Fear, when they're lying on the roof looking at the stars. To be honest I loved them from the start but that's just one of the best moments. I'm sure I thought, "I love them." when I watched it for the first time.

3. What is your favorite scene between them and why?
The end of Family. Always and forever. Whenever I watch it I find myself envying their relationship. Damn you Joss. DAMN YOU. I also love when Tara tells Willow that story about the dolphins at the pound.

4. Is there any part of their story you would change?
I really...really wish that Tara hadn't died. Ugh. I love when Willow goes nuts because it's fun to watch, but I'd rather have Tara than entertainment 🙁. Well, you know what I mean.

5. Do you have a favorite Tillow episode?
Darn. Maybe Family. I'm not sure.
