Where does that put the resurrected teenager? He has to have a legal identity, including birth certificate and passport in order to come to the United States from England. While here, he has to have a legal guardian, and is required to attend a certified school, though that could be gotten around with "home schooling," if such is legal in California. As far as making any claims on any property that he, in his former life owned, he has no case, since it was all disposed of with the reading of his will. All of this leads us to one simple question.
