Kean and Lyri beat up the new Buffies host!...

::Like lightening they were across the stage and once again flanking AS on bot sides.::

*Kean kicks her left shin*

*Lyri pulls her hair*

AS: HEY!

And this is for calling us SPUFFIES!

*Kean and Lyri pinch her arms. HARD.*

::Lyri is just about to added another offence to the list when she sees Buffy Summers taking off her shoe and punches Kean in the arm to get her attention.::

Kean: Hey! What are you hitting me for?!?

::Lyri turns her gaze to the front row and the quickly advancing stilletto weilding admin.::

::Kean looks at AS and them to Buffy and back to Lyri.::

Kean: "Um...gotta go!"

:: Dresses hitched and dignity firmly lost Kean and Lyri hightail it off the stage to avoid being staked.::

I've always been the one who counts the number of times that the cowboy shoots before reloading, who notices that the hero started out with a cut on his left cheek that mysteriously moved to his right cheek, or just disappeared altogether in the next scene. I've always been the one who isn't content to just know that something works, I have to know HOW it works, and WHY it works that way. And I've always been the one who loves to share his knowledge of the minute details of any subject with anyone willing to listen. Someone once asked me how I knew so much about so many diverse things, and I attributed my knowledge to a lifetime of spending my nose buried in one book or another. I didn't have the heart to tell her that I make up about 25% of the things that I claim to know, guess at another 25%, and only know the rest because someone told me once. Someone who probably made up 25% of the things that they claimed to know, guessed at another 25%...Well, you get the idea.

Stone me dead!! Thank-you everyone. Its a true honor. Was starting to think you were all snobbing me. This is a joy. Nearly as much of a joy as it is to be part of one of the most diverse and friendly communities anyway on the internet. You have all impacted my life so much and in such a postive way. I've had a lot of ups and downs the last few years, but returning to this old hang out has made life easier. I've made some great mates here and of course that's one of the most beautiful things about the Buffyverse is how its values communities and friendships, no matter how different.

Thanks again. And see you again next year.

Old Master 3.0 presents the Faith Award...

**(A super-reflective Disco ball drops down from the rafters as the Bee Gees' "You Should Be Dancin'" blares over the speakers.

From left stage, out pops DiscOM-3.0 clad in a white polyester suit adorned with 50 pounds of gold chain around his neck, oversized sunglasses on his face, and a big eff'ed up psychedelic afro teetering on his head.

He makes his way towards the dais, his oversized Disco shoes with the 8-inch thick soles clomping loudly against the stage floor....dancing awkwardly to the loud Disco music amid a very silent stunned, shocked and maybe even a little frightened, audience.

He finally does a James Brown-esque slide the rest of the way to end up behind the mic and smiles widely....

...head canted to one side from the weight of the afro.....his one gold tooth glinting under the lights.)**

What is is, people?! This place is a stone cold gas, baby! Right on, right on, right ON! What a groovy scene, man!

Check it, bloods! Side me a piece of the porgie on the blind fry side. Greens 'em, beans 'em! Walking Johnny to the rocks!

What a great show and what a great audience! But let's not further this ado and get to the star of this segment.

Whohoo! Sure wasn’t expecting this. Not that I’m not friendly. I try my best to be. BB is by far the most friendly online place I’ve ever come by, and to win the award for friendliest member is almost too sugar sweet isn’t it? Not to me. I’m extremely happy and proud to be receiving this award.

This next award is one that is dedicated to all those kids with paper routes. To everyone who chucked a newspaper at a door, a sidewalk, or sometimes even at a person's head, it's your time to shine! Your juvenile paper delinquency has finally paid off! Extry, extry, read all about it, it's the Sunnydale Press Award!

Of course, this award is to celebrate those amongst us who keep up with all the hot tips and sleuth out the neato burrito news snippets when it comes to all things Whedon! Oh and uh I've been asked to specify that it is Joss Whedon news. To those of you who have posted the news of random strangers with the last name Whedon, the Sunnydale Police have asked us politely to remind you to stop that!

As many of you know, I first started watching Buffy at the prime age of 7 years old. Our dear show had just finished its second season, and I caught the summer reruns on the WB. I was hooked immediately: a girl who saves the world from vampires? Yes please!

*nods to @Buffy Summers and @Faith **

In 2005, at around 15, I joined this board, thinking I knew everything about Buffy and the Whedonverse. After all, not only had I been watching since I was a tot, I followed all of Whedon's projects: Angel, Buffy, Firefly. I read all the books. As the comics began production, I waited every month to devour every issue.

To be nominated for this award, the most knowledgeable of Whedonverse news... I can't tell you how meaningful that is for 7-year-old Cohen. So, first, I would like to thank my late mother, who allowed me to have my Buffy obsession, and bought me every book and VHS and DVD as they came out.

Thank you to all of the other nominees who always keep me on my toes about Whedonverse news. I am definitely in the most fanatic company. Thank you to every member who voted for me. To even be nominated is such an honor, but to be graced with this award is beyond.

I can see BEG over there, stealing the Anya Donkey when I SAID I was gonna use her as my transport tonight, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, someone had to come back and steal my thunder AGAIN!!

And yeah, I know, I won, woo hoo!! But that's only 'cause I know more than all y'all and y'all know it!! HA!!

*B comes flying towards the stage, face red and eyes glowing with anger, but Lyri swiftly tackles her, toppling her to the ground and dives under her dress*

I didn’t even have time to make an old fart joke. I guess I should go ahead and play it, I mean, how bad could it be? Roll tape!”

– there is bound to be a bidding war for the rights for this. I'd prefer HBO, so I can put the cursing back in. As for casting, obvs Pointy will be played by Clooney and, as the others are voice only, my suggested artists would be the guy who does the voice of Willy on the Simpsons or that Rab C Nesbitt guy for Faith (she's still Scottish, yea?) and a Yank who is good at accents for Buffy Summers (Keanu?)
