The ANTI 'anti spike group'

Spike is freaking hot. I love his bad-boy with a heart of gold thing. He's just a big teddy bear under that bumpy face. He can come live with me any time.

Geez what's not to love about Spike? The whole bad-boy thing is great and his heart is more pure than Angel's. The fact that he went through hell to get his soul back to impress Buffy compared to Angelus's infatuation with torturing Buffy just goes to show Spike's true personality. I love Spike, so he made a few mistakes here and there, but as Harmony says about Angel, he has a soul, the rest of them have to work a lot harder at being good and I think that Spike really shows that he is better at heart than Angel is.
 
Are there reasons to NOT love him?
He's snarky and sarcastic.
Love the coat.
Even the hair is amusing to me.
He and Angel are too cute together.
He's so funny with Joyce

'In the Dark' is just one of many reasons why Spike is amazing, I can't think of a reason not to hate him to be honest.
 
Why do I love Spike? Lets see

1) He's hot.
2) He's funny.
3) He honors Buffy's memory when she dies by looking after Dawn.
4) Without him we would never have had the Buffybot.

OMG the Buffybot, love it!
What I like about Spike is that we were shown his progress from monster to reluctant ally to friend and defender to lover to hero and champion and ultimately to world saving champion, all in the course of the series. We never saw that with Angel, except in a few flashbacks, almost all of which showed either a wasteral, a monster, or a brooding recluse. Spike grew up over the course of the series, arguably as much or more than any other character on series, reluctantly at first, certainly, but at the end literally fighting, enduring torture and even death to prove himself worthy of the woman he loved.

They're just little lost sheep in search of guidance and enlightenment. Those of us who know the real truth will have to help them through this delusional state and into the truth.
Spike is one of the most complex, interesting characters on the show. Even though he has a rough, badass exterior, we all know that he's a softy at heart who would do anything for the woman he loves, even if it means going through torture just to get a fraction of a chance with her. And his transformation from just another evil creature to a full-blown, world-saving Champion is truly inspiring.

Oh, who am I kidding? The real reason why I love him so much? He's freakin' HOT!

and totally LOVE the way he is with Joyce and Dawn. He cares too much for him to take.

Well firstly....the most obvious reason is he is sooooo HOT! I mean come on...that's reason enough isn't it??

Also, the fact that he is a lot different from all the other vampires, even before he got his soul back (which in itself shows how different he is). He has the ability to feel more emotions then other Vampires and when he loves, it makes me wanna go...awww I WANT HIM NOW lol.
 
spike is just a complete bad ass!
he's the kind of guy guys want to be and the kind of guy girls want to be with lol

there where so many funny moments with spike in both buffy and angel one of my favorite been when spike 1st found out angel was a puppet and they had a scap lol brilliant!!!!

most of all though i loved spikes style and wished i could pull off his hair,trench coat and shirt/t-shirt jeans look lol
 
He is just one of the most superb characters ever created. He's complex, interesting and contradictory; he's bad, he's good, he's mean, he's nice, he's emotional, he's detached, he loves, he hates. He gets some of the best lines, he 'clicks' with every other character, he challenges the boundaries of stereotypical baddies
...................................................................................................................................and yes, i did happen to notice that he was 'quite' attractive.
 
I love Spike for his astounding complexity. In the course of a single episode, he can do something that makes your skin crawl and do something completely selfless and never once be out-of-character. He's layer upon layer upon layer of interesting, which makes him always great fun to watch.




Note: I also appreciate the way he picks on Peaches.

They're in denial, they love him really. 😉

Spike is as Tranquility said one of the best characters ever. He's an amazingly complex character, bad one minute, funny the next. He's awesome with Dawn and Joyce, he has some of the funniest lines and he goes that extra mile for the woman he loves getting his soul back. :love2:

Oh and he's pretty hot aswell. 😉

2) the cardless flowers for Joyce
3)his caring for the insane and sick dru
4) his sacrifice
5)even when he was evil he was good and got his soul the hard way *cough* angel *cough*
