Yep 45 C is hot but not that hot. I can remember being stood outside the Parkerville Volunteer Bushfire Brigade in my fire fighting overalls waiting to go to a bushfire.
It was 46.2C the hottest it has ever been in W.A.
You need to figure into it the wind, if the wind is from the centre of Australia the wind itself can be hot.
Look on the bright, side the hot air will kill off the flies.
Not that hot, lol... I cease to function at 25C!
