The Houses

Vahla Ha'nesh House of courage and duty. "Antiquus Restituatur Honor" - House of the Lion.

You see we could be linked to Gryffindor due to the Lion and the courage and duty bit. I haven't a clue what Antiquus Restituatur Honor means.

"Antiquus Restituatur Honor" is Latin for "Ancient Honour Restored"

The Houses of Hogwarts could be described as follows:

Gryffindor values courage and chivalry. Its emblematic animal is the lion and its colours are red and gold. Gryffindor corresponds to the element of fire.

Hufflepuff values hard work, patience, loyalty, friendship, justice, and fair play. Its emblematic animal is the badger and its colours are yellow and black. Hufflepuff corresponds to the element of earth.

Ravenclaw values intelligence, knowledge, and wit. Its emblematic animal is the eagle and its colours are blue and bronze. Ravenclaw corresponds to the element of air.

Slytherin values ambition and cunning. Its emblematic animal is the serpent and its colours are green and silver. Slytherin corresponds to the element of water.

The forum-colours of the Houses of BB is as follows:

Drogyn - Blue
Merrick - Black
Raiden - Red
Vahla Ha'nesh - Green

Raiden: House of cunning and drive. "Bring Forth The Best" - House of the Ram

And after your house definitions( thanks, by the way)
I would have to say Raiden is either:

Ravenclaw (Because we are very intelligent and witty, thanks to OM and KD)
or
Hufflefpuff (Because we are very loyal and fair and care about more important matters than house wars!)

I know I was against Hufflepuff before, but that description provided is a lot more genuine and whole-hearted. It might really represent us truthful and friendly Raideners!

and

Drogyn values loyalty, patience, and determination. Its emblematic animal is the bull and its colour is blue. "Nec Temere Nec Timide" / "Neither rashly nor timidly."

Merrick values intelligence and learning. Its emblematic animal is the eagle and its colour are black. "Thy Words Give Life"

Vahla Ha'nesh values courage and duty. Its emblematic animal is the lion and its colour is green. "Antiquus Restituatur Honor" / "Ancient Honour Restored"

Raiden values cunning and drive. Its emblematic animal is the ram and its colour is red. "Bring Forth The Best"

Given these descriptions I would say:

Vahla Ha'nesh - Gryffindor: both value courage, both have the lion as animal, and both descriptions make them come acros as the "heroes"
Drogyn - Hufflepuff: both value loyalty, both animals are associated with "working", and both descriptions make them come acros as the "friends"
Merrick - Ravenclaw: both value intelligence, both have the eagle as animal, and both descriptions make them come acros as the "smart ones"
Raiden - Slytherin: both value cunning, both animals are associated with "evil", and both descriptions make them come acros as the "aspirants"

Thanks. I always knew as a member of VH I was a Hero!! :-)

Sounds good, I would have to agree with this!!! Go Raiden/Slytherin!!!!!! And if you disagree I will have to put a curse on you (LOL)!!

Yeah Raiden's definately slytherin. If you'd ever been in there, you'd see everyones psychotic 🙂

LMAO!! You got that right, I even have OM's first straight jacket to prove it!!! LMAO
*wailing* I'm gone for 2 days, and I come back to find that Drogyns have gone from evil, to no-fun without me. I'm slightly disappointed. 😀

Lol, we are the "friends"... I think that's a very respectable role lol... at least we're not the villains... oh, excuse me, I meant to be more politically correct, the "aspirants".

Say, which of the BB-Houses correspond to which of the four elements?!?

According to the comparison above

Vahla Ha'nesh would be Fire.
Drogyn would be Earth.
Merrick would be Air.
Raiden would be Water.

But I'd say that doesn't sound too correct... what do you think?

Eh, I'm not really sure what you're talking about, not really... Me need some more 'splainy. Tree: pretty. Fire: bad. 😀

All the Houses of Harry Potter represent one of the four classic elements (water, fire, earth, and air). If you use the comparison between BB- and HP-Houses above the elements are a bit screwed up... so I asked... if each BB House were to represent a classic element... which house would represent which element.

Oh! Okay, I get you now. So totally having a ditzy moment.

If Drogyn were an element I think that we would probably water. It sounds right.

There's like different characteristics to each element, and we're just trying to figure out which element characteristics and which house characteristics are most alike.

Yeah and Raiden would probably be Fire with the red and all... I would match Merrick with Earth and Vahla Ha'nesh with Air then, I spose.

Well I think that as a member of VH, I think a couple of those elements could fit us. I don't think Air does though, it just doesn't go with the Green and Yellow colours of us, I think Earth would be closer to us in that respect.

I also think we have some elements of Fire, well we have some firey personalities in there anyway.

Well, I don't think that the colors really have anything to do with anything. Its more about what your house is in a whole, not individuals.

I was kinda lost since the elements thing. I didn't evn know the HP houses also repersented elements.
But colors due make sense when you are talking about elements. Yellow and green make me think of the earth.

Well, your colors don't say anything about what your house is. Its just what color your coat of arms is. That has nothing to do with what your house is all about. Base your element comparisons on your house characteristics. Much better.
