I don't think the 'Ripper'-deal would work, it's supossed to be like a classical ghost hunting story. More like for a uper-age targeted audience and if they know it's something derived from a teen show, they most certainly won't watch it.

Willow's spin-off would be great!!!!Doing an insight into Wicca and Witchcraft would gather a huge audience..She's strong enough to be a leader...

I think there should be a spin-off about Buffy's kid. This cool young actor named Michael *cough* me *cough* could play him and it could be about Willow and Xander raising him after Buffys' death... for good...

I wouldn't like to see another "vampire" spin-off because we already have Angel for that, and Spike is on Angel anyway.

Eliza Dusku should stay with Tru Calling. Because I like that show.

Willow would be a good spin off. That is my vote.

I would like to see a Faith Spinoff but that'll never happen for a while anyways though I'm glad Eliza is doing Tru Calling cuz I love that show.

One In A Vast Army

After the Final Battle against The First, Buffy and the Scoobie gang, along with the remaining Slayers depart from each other. Faith and Wood use the bus and drive each Slayer home in the United States. Giles uses his passport and left over money from the Watchers Council to fly each girl home. Buffy and Dawn deside to settle down because Buffy wants Dawn to have a normal life now, and traveling around to bring Slayers home is not a normal life. Although many of our friends will not be seen again, the show is lit by three favorites - Willow, Xander, and Andrew. The three head all over the world to seak out and inform all the new Slayers about who and what they are. They travel to all places on the earth - China, Canada, Venezula, Italy, etc.

What do you think?

Standard, everyone you hear about some form of continuation, you'll hear them talk about a a slayerschool of some kind.

I'm thinking they should wait until the end of the Angel series, so they have a better selection of characters. If they wait, they could use characters from both shows, I'm thinking more of an ensemble thing than having a bonafide lead. I personally like the idea of a show featuring a cast of Wesley, Giles, Andrew, Fred, and Harmony, with Giles and Wesley switching between the leader role.

I think a Willow spin-off should be done, as Alyson is great. And she doesn't need to be a leader, what rule is there that in the spin-off they have to be constantly fighting against someone. Willow could be the main character, and if there is some fighting to be done, she is going out with a Slayer (altho I dont like Kennedy either). Plus Amy could be a big bad.

ok, i've come to terms with the small chance of a spin-off (and the ever smaller change of a spin-off that won't disappoint) so here's my idea:
Spike, Faith, Willow, Andrew, Wesley, and Cordy form a scooby Gang/Angel inc. the show will mainly focus on comedy, great drama and unneeded kick-@ss stunts/effects, with every one playing an important role

Spike: goes and kills things, acts cool, and handles the cool flash backs of when he was evil that i've come to love from Angel
Faith: kills thing and acts cool
Willow: does the magic stuff
Andrew: well be funny
Wesley: well be the smart researcher who shots stuff
Cordy: has the visions of things that must be killed, magiced, researched, or made fun of.
and Anya will be there for no explained reason because she's Anya.

(keep in mind that i still like the people not listed, but i didn't want to be too much like either buffy or Angel, but they would have to guest star)

ETA: Lilah needs to be there too, cuz really...Lilah

Unfortunatly, that was a foiler. There has been talk of a Faith-spinoff, but Eliza is doing Tru right now.

I'm totally down with an Andrew spinoff, I'm sure alot of people won't be. Speaking of that, is anybody getting the impression that Season 7 was sort of a pilot for a spinoff. Taht wasn't just the season that Andrew began to shine, but we also got potentials, alto of them. And seeing that now Andrew is somewhat "important" (which I think is awesome and a whole lot of slayers debuted that season. You migh think it would be Andrew and one or two of the potentials from S7. But right now, all signs are pointing towards the most unlikely of spinoffs, wow, I really hope Andrew does get a spinoff.

After seeing Angel this week, I'm kinda wanting an Andrew/Crazy Slayer spinoff-how does that sound to you guys?

That does sound intriguing. And with the Crazy Slayer it'd get a fresh spin on things, without too much of the baggage of the past.

An Andrew/Dana spin off would be cool, and so would a Vi/? spin off. I love Vi.

Now that Joss is doing the Firefly movie I'm guessing it will be a long time before we see a spin-off.
