The Gatekeeper
Well, if there's a spinoff, I'd definitely like to have a Willow spinoff. Basically Willow has been developing for a long time now and season 6 and 7 really let her shine. Her character has become really strong and can she can more than likely hold her own show. The story behind witches and magic have been somewhat explored in the Buffyverse but there's way more to be said. They mentioned a little bit about the Coven in the first episodes of Buffy Season 7. They seem pretty mysterious so there's a possiblity for a show there.
Cordelia could very well get her own show. I really liked her character and she developed so well. It all went downhill when she became evil and gave birth to Jasmine. When she came back for the Angel 100th episode, I knew right then that with being part demon with visions from The Powers that Be, someone has to answer those calls even if Angel isn't the one anymore. I know that Cordelia technically died but in the Buffyverse, anything can happen.
Spike getting his own show would be cool but I don't really know what he'd be doing. What would his show be about? How will it be different than Angel because essentially the two of them are now both vampires with souls and both seem to be "the champion." Spike is one of my favorite characters and if they do a show with him, they need to make his show distinct. If they can pull that off, I'm all for it.
The same goes for Faith. The story of the Slayer has already run its course through Buffy's show. Faith is different but there also needs to be something that really makes her show great. I like the idea that she's been a rogue slayer and that she's been down a dark road that not many have travelled. Her as a character is very interesting but plot wise, what will they do that hasn't been done on Buffy's show?
Well, that's my spiel. I just really hope that there's a spinoff some time soon. I really want to have a new place and show to go nuts over.
