The Randomly Unnecessary Awesome Thread πŸ£πŸ’πŸ¦œβš˜πŸ¦‹πŸ¦„πŸŒ·πŸž

When it comes to pops, I'm more like @Puppet rather than @nightshade , just buying whatever I find at that particular moment, but now I'm considering selling a couple of mine so I can start saving up for nicer, more expensive pops that I want (like Spike and The Gentleman) πŸ™‚

I am considering selling some of my random ones, so I can afford more of the ones I want
Their large dead soulless eyes remind me too much of mine.

Now picturing you as the other mother from Coraline with her button eyes πŸ˜‚ That’s what these remind me of.

I honestly think having those figurines would scare me. Their large dead soulless eyes remind me too much of mine.

They look like they're made to look creepy!

The Funko Pop head shapes look like old-school television cathode ray tubes with the rounded corners. I see them as character heads expanded into picture tube shapes which are perfectly normal from when I grew up. The soulless eyes - well that's what you get from watching too much TV. My son-in-law has a wall of several dozen funko pops of various sports figures in American football and hockey.

They were standard in my childhood too. I am of the last generation who grew up with analogue.
Did my own little Pop on some website...

Since I'm on a "I don't wanna go to bed because tomorrow is the beginning of a stressful week (for which I need a lot of sleep)"-posting spree, I might as well post that I own one - 1- pop figure because my teen had money itching in his pocket and decided to buy me a Dumbledore figure instead of spending said itchy moneys on himself.

Hey, I've arranged a date for you. πŸ’•

*cries* I miss snacking on dates so much, they're sooo good. But my dentist has 'forbidden' me from snacking on them, lest I want another cavity. The first one was expensive enough to fix, so *stares longingly at sweet, delicious goodness*

I had no idea they gave you cavities! Makes sense once you think about it, and you tend to eat more when it's dried like that

Just got home an hour ago. I'm not used to working so much. But I like the regular paycheck every Friday. And they've increased my hours because I'm so good with customers. Except for one douche nozzle who was SUPER rude. He actually snatched his purchase from my hands, because apparently I wasn't moving fast enough for him. If only he knew what I was thinking.

"Through crimson stars and silent stars and tumbling nebulas like oceans set on fire. Through empires of glass and civilizations of pure thought, and a whole, terrible, wonderful universe of impossibilities. You see these eyes? They're old eyes..."

It's Saturday. I have a public service job so I don't work weekends, when it's closed. Happiness. Still awaiting Genet's Querelle of Brest, but about to read Bill Gibson's Agency.
