When I read your thread that is what I thought of! How funny. I used to read those books a long long long time ago! Wow! Wasn't it a series of books or something like that? I cannot even remember anymore. I think that there was a cat invovled too...hmm...well I still stand by the vampire penguins! That would so rock!

Does it have to be vamp critters? Imagine vampire BB members... Soulgasm would be walking around trying to bite people... ooh... vampire kittens! Everyone ('cept those people with phobias or allergies) love 'em and they'll attack unexpectantly... I'm not real original...
 
I'd say use Pug dogs, there mouths are big enough to sink into someone!, they would end up being very hungry vamps, that could only snort!!!!! that would be funny
