Spoiler! The Vampire Diaries (season 4) *Possible Spoilers*

So I FINALLY got to watch the new episode.

I definately feel sorry for Rebekah because everyone always seems to use her - but I'm glad she wised up and just handed the dagger to Stefan. But I'm also liking how he didn't stab her in the back (literally haha) and has included her on his team. She would really benefit from becoming human.

I'm not sure if I have mentioned this here before - but if one of the Originals became human again, do you think their entire sire line would?

For some reason Elena is annoying me currently. I think maybe it was her face after she found out that Stefan had slept with Rebekah - she looked hurt. However, that's one more tick in the 'the sire bond is a load of crap' box. Surely someone who is sired to another person and has confessed their love for them, wouldn't look that hurt to find out that their ex is with someone else. At least I wouldn't think so anyway.

I'm actually liking this Bonnie going off the rails thing a bit - mostly because it justifies not liking her. Although, how stupid can her parents be? Stopping her (attempting to) from helping Elena and Jeremy. It's always a life and death situation people, get out of her way!

I was disappointed that Kol got white-oak-staked instead of just daggered; I liked his character. And I felt really sorry for Klaus seeing him get killed. Joseph Morgan is an awesome actor and conveys the emotion of heartbreak brilliantly.

I agree that there is a little bit of chemistry with Stefan and Rebekah now - I didn't see it before but the school-dance setting really brought it out.

Where is Caroline!? Not that I miss her complaining about Damon every five seconds, but still. She's been such an important character for so long that I find her absence weird.

I'm also looking forward to seeing Nina Dobrev's new hairstyle because the long hair is getting old!
 
Omg i said the same thing about Ninas hair. Yes her hair is really pretty but could we get a different style, highlights....bangs...something. She had the same hair for 4 years. Lol

I don't know... maybe they would all still die like with the white-oak-stake... or maybe it wouldn't affect them at all...

I think her father might be the most stupid parent I ever saw in a TV show. Shut down the entire city to "keep her safe"? Man, that's gotta win the first prize in the "imbecile parent" category... Especially since she's supposed to be all powerful and mighty and able to fix everything.

I agree. Even just the curly hair was good when she was playing Katherine. Now we need a real change with Elena.



Seeing Stefan go all Breakfast Club at the dance made me want to see the movie...

Hmm, good point. The whole thing is so ambiguous really. The Originals could be the only ones who remain vampires...hence why they get their own spin-off show.

I like all the other parents on the show except for Bonnie's. How her 'mother' even thinks she has any authority over her life is beyond me. Absent for what, 15 years of her life, comes back and gets turned, then bails again - only to return to play the doting parent. Pfft. Not likely. Yep, her Dad is pretty idiotic. They're such disposable characters too...maybe another sacrifice is in order haha.

So apparently the length is still there but she has bangs now. At least it's a change...I was hoping for something a little shorter, but I guess it's better than nothing.

Ahhh! You guys haven't seen The Breakfast Club?! Shame on you! haha 😉

Seriously though, its a total teen classic, you should watch it! I love all those movies, like Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles, etc. They were all made before I was born but I love em, right down to the horrible 80's fashion 😉

I love that Stefan mentioned it, and The Princess Bride which is another total classic 🙂

Gah! So is Jeremy actually dead?! Was that the big death that was going to shock everyone this season?

Or was he wearing the ring? Does he even still wear it or does it even work anymore? I should really pay more attention, haha.

I saw previous of next week. I don't think the ring will work 'cause Elena's going crazy.
I felt numb after watching it. I usually love Katherine, but she left Jeremy there to die :'( My Jerbear 🙁 🙁 🙁

I really want them to find a way to bring him back, but I'm not sure they can....

Oh and Meredith is coming back in next week's epi, for those who want to know.
 
OH JER..POOR JER.

I cannot believe he's dead..like, really dead. The ring won't work on him, he's not human anymore..he's a Hunter. Oh, how I wish they'd bring him back...I don't know.
I mean, they crossed off Michael Trevino (Thank God cause I can't stand Tyler), Joseph Morgan is leaving soon...we'll be left with Paul, Ian and Zach...uhm..

Well, this left me pretty devastated...I didn't see Katherine coming AT ALL so it was nice to have her back bit JEREMYYYY. So sad.
 
Poor Jeremy. 🙁 I was spoiled on Tumblr on Jeremy's death.

I couldn't be sad over Tyler leaving AGAIN. I guess because he keeps leaving. This is what? 2 or 3rd time that he has had to leave.
 
Finally saw it. WOW!
I didn't see Katherine coming at all! Although, we should have known better since she has been known to keep an eye on the group. And Jeremy dying...also didn't see that coming. Is it wrong I was a little happy with Bonnie being stabbed?😎
So Silas is FINALLY being awakened. Does anyone else think that maybe he can raise the dead? Meaning that Jeremy and (possibly) Bonnie will come back to life? Just seems a little too convenient to kill the both of them. Also, poor Elena for losing everyone in her family.
And Damon...he just never seems to win, does he? But I liked that the brothers are talking to each other again and also Damon's nice little moment with Rebekah.
I'm hoping they don't drag this storyline out for too much longer...the suspense is killing me!
 
I didn't know Jeremy and Bonnie both die! Dang, I really liked Bonnie but I didn't like the whole transformation from lil bro to big bad hunter for Jeremy much.

I gotta stop skipping out on the episodes! I've been terrible with keeping up with this season.
 
Bonnie is not dead though.

In the promo for next episode we see Elena freaking out and saying something like "I need Bonnie. Find me Bonnie".

They can't kill two important characters, especially Bonnie since she's the witch..(even if I can't stand her)..it's still a tv show with tv rules.
 
I hope when they the show gets into the werewolf thing again the writers include some form of commonsense.
How stupid is the the comment only on the full moon? How dumb do they think we are? The moon is always full, it is the suns reflection that makes the moon appear not full.
People become as werewolves when the sun's reflection gets on them, so why can't they be werewolves during the day?
How many times has the moon been in the sky during the day?
So many questions.

This kind of question will never be asked because it is a usual part of the folklore. It's the same with pretty much every werewolf story.

Not sure if I'm going to enjoy the episode, Thursday. If Jeremy doesn't come back and DE don't have many scenes together, I might be sad AND bored...
