Last night episode was okay. The conversation between Ricks and The Governor could have been shorter though. I liked the interaction between the people from each side. Goes on to show them they'll be fighting other humans and not just walkers this time. Also should have made them realize how dumb the whole thing is and that they should just form an alliance and get rid of The Governor, lol. Are they pawns or what? Yea...

Last nights episode was intense! I'm not Andrea's biggest fan but no one deserves the Governor and his special brand of evil. I was gripping a cushion while saying "Oh sh*t! Run!"

I enjoyed the latest episode.
Most of the time I wanna smack Andrea. But she didn't bother me at all in this ep. Maybe because she FINALLY decided to leave. I use to really like her, but this past season she has been driving me nuts.
I knew ahead of time what happened in the episode because a friend of mine at work had seen it before me and kept teasing me until I gave in and let her tell me. But despite that, I was still yelling at the screen for Andrea to run! haha.
The Governor was totally creepy, with the whistling and stuff. Ick.

Just wanted to post this before I forgot. There was a Q&A panel with about six of the cast members that went on for about an hour. I will have to come back and write about that as soon as I settle in from my trip. Anywho.. here is a picture of myself, my wife, and the Dixon Brothers. I believe there some instagram effect and cropping added to the photo. We have a nice 8x10 photo to frame.. this was just a pic of a pic with her phone, lol. Anywho..
BTW.. she added some zombie effects to the picture as well and sent it in to the Talking Dead in hopes to have her picture selected for the 'zombie winner of the week'. I hope she didn't submit it too late. 😎

Tonight's episode was EPIC. I wasn't totally shocked, because I got majorly spoiled about
but I absolutely loved the twists and turns of tonight's episode.
Merle's death
I think that might have been the most shocking moment this season. And despite everything, there were tears. Bravo Norman Reedus, bravo.
I was spoiled on Tumblr for... what happened. Normally I don't mind spoilers but I'm kind of annoyed about this because I bet it was an amazing reveal if you didn't know. I remember last season I nearly lost my mind when Sophia walked out of that barn.
And yes, all of the awards for Norman Reedus.
I am a little shocked at how blasé Michonne is about what Rick was going to do. Maybe nothing shocks her anymore (which is not hard to believe). Or maybe I'm just pissed at Rick on her behalf. It's probably the last one. 😉

I get the sense that a) she knows Rick wouldn't really do it and b) she has had some really bad shit happen to her in her life (her comment about how the walkers she had chained up weren't human before they became walkers) that this is a drop in the bucket compared. Also, she probably sees the logic in it.

I must say this past episode was amazing. It may be my second favorite this season next to the episode in which Carl, Rick and Michone come across Morgan. Anyways, I see a lot of talk already. The finale looks beyond intense. I did hear they are getting new writers for next season.
The panel was amazing. It was slotted for an hour. The actors came up there in about 10-20min sections in order to get back to their autograph booths but they seemed to be up there for quite a while.
The first fifteen minutes or so was Jon Berthnal and Sarah Callies (Shane and Lori). They were both incredibly nice. They joked about how they sent out their dead actors first. There were some questions asked that you may have seen on the Talking Dead like, how was it when you found out when you were going to be written off. Plus there was a lot of character questions which were kind of strange like “what would Shane have done..?” etc. Jon (Shane) threw the F word around a lot which receive a lot of cheers. He started on about the opening shot of the show when he and Rick were sharing a pile of ketchup- in which Sarah (Lori) said “are you calling me a pile of ketchup?” Which had everyone lauhing.
The two talked about their upcoming work. The last question I remember, someone asked Lori who was better in bed, Rick or Shane? She laughed and was blood-red. THEN Rooker (Merle) came running out on stage saying “he was the best in bed and that the other two were circumsized!” Everyone was laughing in tears. He seemed to stay in Merle-character but managed to be polite. He kept calling Glenn “the little Asian fellow” which had people laughing. I do recall two drunk girls getting the mic and trying to mention spoilers but Rooker told her to be quite and sit down.
Then Scott Wilson (Herschel) came out, followed by Lew Temple (Axel). Herschel started hopping around the stage like he didn’t really have a leg. Merle kept telling everyone to watch out for the “old man on stage.” Somehow Herschel and Merle started talking about how Georgia cops are jerks in reference to Scott Wilson’s recent DUI charge. I would say Rooker stole the show. He was funny and loud, yet polite. The whole group was really on it.
Chandler Riggs never was mentioned. I couldn’t find his booth either. I know he was there taking photos with fans. Just as they informed everyone that Norman Reedus (Daryle) couldn’t escape in his line for the panel, he came running out. The ladies screamed. They said he had five minutes. I would said most of it was spent giving hugs and answering silly questions like ‘what was his favorite drink?’ However a few was asked about his experience with the show, how he would like his character to die and so forth. He then took pictures with a few kids and ran back to this table. Apparently he stayed close to 4 hours after the place closed to finish photos and signatures.
The whole thing was quite awesome.
