1: Fred deciding to stay in LA with Angel Investigations.
2: Fred seeing Jasmine for who she is and getting the others to see it too.
3: Fred going back to help Gunn after they were ambushed by vamps.
4: Fred's loyalty. (I know thats not just one specific moment, but I love that quality)
5: Fred turing into Illyria.

1. The scene from What's My Line where they first kiss. "I hate you" *make out*
Makes me laugh every time, yet it's still sweet.
2. The scene in The Prom where Xander and Cordelia share the sweet moment after he has bought her the dress. Such a grown up lovely thing for Xander to do.
3. Cordelia standing up to The Cordettes and telling everyone that she'll date whoever she wants... no matter how lame he is!
4. The scene at the end of The Zeppo where Xander just smiles at Cordelia and doesn't answer back and she's freaking out because he's not talking back. Very cool.
5. It's not hugely a Xander/Cordy scene but I think it counts anyway... The scene where Cordy is apparently looking 'scary' and gets out of her car in that amazing red leather outfit. Holy crap! I'm surprised that didn't turn me gay!
