Assuming you mean the UK version of Being Human, that list contains some of my favorite shows in the genres (I haven't seen enough of True Blood to have a solid opinion.) Of course, a top ten is a Herculean feat when there are decades worth of some of so many brilliant series. The two there that would certainly have to make my list are The X-Files and The Next Generation. It's highly probable that Farscape would as well. All three are masterclasses in science fiction and supernatural storytelling. There are just too many great shows for me to be sure on the complete ten, though -- The Invisible Man (2001), First Wave, Twilight Zone (classic), Freakylinks, and many more.

Respect for Stargate: Universe making your list as well. Utterly brilliant and, I think, very underappreciated show. I suppose I shouldn't have doubted you'd have great taste, though. I mean, at least, I shouldn't voice it. I'm still a little concerned about those human sacrifices. 😛

Even though Spike isn't in my top 10 characters list, I like him with others especially in comedic contexts. Not so much for the dramatic ones tho.

So, having missed Top Ten Parts I - X, I went and looked up Part I to make sure I understood any rules that might exist. I didn't see any fine print about signing my soul away or being subject to bodily harm (like being forced to watch Birdemic), so I think I'm ready to go.

As stated, I'm really bad at lists like this because I tend to love too many of whatever category the list is a part of, making it nearly impossible to pick only ten favorites. Spots one to three are solid. After that, I don't know. It could change on a different day.
