Top Three Go-To Episodes?

I was wondering; what's everyone's favroite top three episodes of AtS and BtVS? Like, when you go to re-watch an episode, which would you choose?

Mine:
1. Tabula Rasa
2. Passion
3. Dead Things

I generally always rewatch in order, but if someone was holding a gun to my head forcing me to choose only 3 with a high rewatchability factor I guess it would be...

1. Dopplegangland
2. Intervention
3. Tabula Rasa

Hmmm....well when I haven't watched them in a while and I really need a top-up so-to-speak, haha, I generally always go to the double episode Surprise/Innocence first because it just really gets me in the mood for more Buffies. Haha.

So probably...

1. Surprise/Innocence
2. Band Candy
3. Tabula Rasa

And then watching any of those three episodes usually causes me to watch the remainder of the relevant season, haha.

1.Once More With Feeling
2. The Pack
3. Fear, Itself

Angel
1.Lineage
2. The Magic Bullet
3. In The Dark

all are certainly ones i can watch over.and over. and over.

I don't own angel yet so i'll just have to list Buffy.

1, Earshot

2, Band candy. (i'll always watch this if first if I feel like watching 'Earshot'.)

3, Once more with feeling. Pure feel good.
 
Seen as I haven't watched any of Angel yet I can't pass judgement. But with Buffy episodes it would be:

1)Tabula Rasa
2)Something Blue
3)HIM

That was harder then I thought. Although if I watch one episode, I feel compelled to watch the others. I feel like the other discs are sitting in the box going 'watch me WATCH ME'.

I've only had all seven seasons for a couple months now, and I've watched 2 full run-throughs, and I can't choose 3 exactly, so...:

OMWF (followed by) Tabula Rasa
Hush
The Pack
 
Wow, that's hard, and not very nice to be done to someone. And it would probably change in a minute from now. But ok...

Tabula Rasa (I'm original, aren't I?)
Something Blue
Harsh Light of Day (this is where I'm not kidding about my originality ability)

The first two are probably the ones I will almost always pick. Also, I will probably pick something Spuffy, or at least with Spike in it. Now that I think about it, I'm reconsidering the last choice.

Angel:
1. The Trial/Reprise
2. Orpheus
3. Lullaby
