I don't know what's worse: Having Trump/Clinton as president or the possibility that Kayne West might be running for president in 2020.
I have heard he is indeed genuinely a nice guy and he will actually go out of his way for his fans. But a nice guy doesn't mean a good president.

GwenRaiden: I'm not conservative in the slightest but I can't stand Obama. I'd rather have a Republican being honest about who they are than a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Chicago politician. People mentioned it before the election how on the north part of the state he would say one thing, the south part another, but he was a media darling so all the negative was drowned out.Amen. He fooled a lot of people in the beginning, including me.
Yes, but this guy takes it to a whole new level. Making downright bad decisions, abusing his power, etc. Caring more about being the guest on talk shows than doing his job. It's all about him - not about the country.
Amen. He fooled a lot of people in the beginning, including me.
And saying Trump is an unknown quality would be a bit like calling Nigel Frague an unknown quality
When did he do that? I know he donated to some democrats but I didnt know he ran as one. Was it for some NY seat?Trump has campaigned as a Democrat in the past
I only remember him trying for the Reform a long time ago and then supporting (I think) it was Romney. Contributing to democrats is not the same as campaigning as one, especially as a business owner. He ran for some political office I'm sure- at least in those early stages.
The point I guess is the guy hasn't been that Republican in the past- on social issues, big government- he's more left of centre.
Thats not surprising considering the majority of big business leans democrat and small leans republican. He donated to the Dems until 2008 - and in 2004 he told CNN in 2004 that he identified as a Democrat.
He donated to the Dems until 2008 - and in 2004 he told CNN in 2004 that he identified as a Democrat. That was back when he was pro-choice, etc. The problem with Trump is that everything he does is for a purpose. It's impossible to say what Trump you'll see on any given day.
He promised to calm down and unify the party, and two days later he was attacking various Republicans all over the board.
Donald J. Trump has attracted enormous attention for his proposal to temporarily bar Muslims from entering the United States. But on Monday he said he was “happy” that London had elected its first Muslim mayor and suggested that the new official would be among the exceptions to his proposal.
“There will always be exceptions,” Mr. Trump said when asked in an interview on Monday how his proposed ban would affect London’s mayor, Sadiq Khan.
Khan, the capital’s first Muslim mayor, said the call by the presumptive Republican nominee for president for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the US was something that directly affected those closest to him, and said making an exception for him was not the answer.
“This isn’t just about me – it’s about my friends, my family and everyone who comes from a background similar to mine, anywhere in the world,” Khan said.
“Donald Trump’s ignorant view of Islam could make both our countries less safe – it risks alienating mainstream Muslims around the world and plays into the hands of the extremists. Donald Trump and those around him think that western liberal values are incompatible with mainstream Islam – London has proved him wrong.”
Is it true he won't divulge his tax returns? Isn't that a worry?
