TV shows you want to see

I already saw the leaked episode. It was very decent. The trailer was poorly made compared to the pilot episode. It had action and quirky comedy.
Melissa Benoit has this sweetness that is magnetic. Truly a nice actress to play the maid of might.
I'm interested enough to watch the first episode, hopefully it will be good enough to get me to watch the next. DC has 4 tv shows out, Arrow is the most popular but I haven't seen it. The Flash was ok (one minute I'm really into it, the next I think it's ridiculous), Gotham is ok, and I'm not interested in Constanine. So hopefully this will be a good show, I'm just not sure if it will gain a big enough audience to keep it going. Also never saw Birds of Prey so I'm guessing it was bad.

Westworld does look good, it's an interesting concept.

I love Arrow, The Flash is very take it or leave it to me, I usually just tune in for the crossovers. Gotham took me a while to get into but I'm looking forward to season 2, and sad that Constantine got cancelled, I did enjoy watching that one. Looking forward to Supergirl, I resisted the urge to watch the leaked ep of it even though people were telling me how good it was. Also looking forward to the spin off from arrow and the flash, Legends of Tomorrow, the trailer looks good for that and it'll be interesting to see how the characters go over to it from their own shows.

@Mr. Pole :
They did a Hollywood Reporter interview a week or so ago and said it was pushed back to next year as they weren't sure where to go with some episodes.
I read about it being pushed back a few weeks ago. I'll have to check out the interview.

I haven't seen Arrow yet. I heard it was good. I did see the Flash season premiere. I liked it but I haven't seen anything since. I really want to watch season 10 of Supernatural soooo much. I am just waiting for it to come to Netflix.

"American Gods" is the upcoming series I'm most interested in, especially now that Neil Gaiman has said he'll be writing some of the episodes himself. I'm also cautiously optimistic about Joseph Gordon-Levitt's "Sandman," another Gaiman adaptation.

I'm not optimistic about Seth Rogen's "Preacher" adaptation, but hoping against hope that it might not suck.

Seth Rogen is not a writing genius. He is a guy that has gotten lucky. I don't believe he has the talent to move an adaptation. Just look at Green Hornet. It pained me so much the day I saw it

Not heard about the sandman series, is there a confirmed date for this?

It's not a series.. it's a movie. It was being developed by WB but it was moved over to New Line to keep it away from the rest of the DC universe.

Didn't know he wrote that. What were they thinking?😱 His writing can't be as bad as his acting, can it?😉

I'll have to check out the interview.
Have you seen some of the images? Oh man. They look good. Here's two of the better ones:

It looks more like a westworld, than a west town.

I'll get right on it then.
I've got True Detective s1 lined up and ready to watch. I've heard mixed things, to be honest. Anyone here seen and would recommend?

season 1 was not mixed at all.. season 2 is.. but season 1 is damn near flawless.
@JCoatsworth "What do you think" I was impressed with the still images, because Westworld always felt small, but this feels big. From the trailer I got a 'dollhouse do right' vibe.

In the Westworld trailer, the question "Have you ever questioned the nature of your reality?" seems to imply that it will be another "The Matrix".

I guess I want to have a gander at this new (well, 11 years old) Salem's Lot miniseries thanks to @ILLYRIAN and @Mr. Pole.

Is it as scary as the old one? Rutger Hauer as Barlow actually sounds pretty good.

I didn't think the old one was scary, and I didnt think the new one was scary. The old Mr. Barlow looked 'better' but the new one has more ambience, better pacing and better characters.

If the Westworld series is anything like the movie it's based on, it's gonna be nothing like The Matrix.
