UK Airing of Tru

I'm going to agree with asking five to show it. They do treat series quite well (apart from some Xena debacles). I mean, they've looked after CSI, Law & Order and Boomtown really well (Charmed and Popular too but I don't watch them as much now a days, I must be growing up!)

Totally agree with the comments made about sky and channel 5 - if bbc2 or channel 4 buy it it will be a disaster! bbc will keep postponing for the bloody snooker and channel 4 will show it at midnight... just an observation...

I just hope that it comes to the UK soon, I admit I am very impaitent, but the show looks bloody amazing 😉.

Wow that sounds good! I'm also thinking the same, that Tru Calling could replace Buffy's timeslot. I live in Denmark, and the tv station that shows Buffy also shows Angel, Roswell, Dark Angel, Alias etc so it's very likely that they'll buy Tru Calling aswell!! Hopefully it wont be the one that airs Dawsons and Charmed, as that one's on cable - that'd kill me 🙁

But great news for the uk people 😀 I'm real happy for u guys that reply sounded positive!!
 
i would just like too say something what if you dont have sky one then you would have too wait alot longer for it too come onto BBC2 so that would not help me because iam looking forward to the show when it comes out

another possibility is living where series 6 of charmed is
if no pickup Sci-Fi just like firefly
and remember Alias got droped over here and C5 still shows la femme nikita so nouthings certain

yeh i expect if it makes a whole season in the US, they will air it here in the UK on one of the sky channels... but of course at a ridiculous time like they are currently doing with ALIAS...

or maybe five will pick it up? they tend to show most american series similar to 'tru calling'

i think it would do well here.. eliza has a huge fan base due to her role as faith on buffy.. that's instant ratings for the show.. i've seen the show and i think it's brilliant.. i just hope the people who get to make the decisions think so too? and SOON!!

I am happy to confirm that this commences on 13/04/04 broadcasting Tuesdays at 8pm and repeating on Saturdays at 6pm on Sky One and again on Fridays at 8pm on Sky One Mix.
