The movies I am most looking forward to are:

'A Bigger Splash'
'Money Monster'
'High-Rise'
'Last Days in the Desert' (I really want to see this)
'The Lobster'
'Swiss Army Man'
'The Infiltrator'
'The Founder'
'The Light Between Oceans'

Also being released this summer is:

'Love & Friendship'
'Maggie's Plan'
'Genius'

'Free State of Jones'
'Our Kind of Traitor'
'Equity'
'Indignation'
'Florence Foster Jenkins'
'The Hollars'
'Hands of Stone'
'AB-FAB: The movie' (curious about this)
'Southside With You'

Which ones are you most looking forward to? Have you heard about them all or do you just pay attention to the big blockbusters?

High-Rise. Looking forward to that one because of the excellent cast/director.
I think this is interesting as it's being released to stream a month before it's released in the theaters. That's a compelling approach.

Haha, I feel clueless. Didn't recognize a single title.
By just going on titles however "The Lobster" has a certain ring to it which intrigues me.

High Rise looks fantastic. I love the stylised trailer, and it has my favourite fellow God in the lead role. What's not to like.... 😉

It looks a bit similar in scope to Snowpiercer, which was fantastic but never got released in the UK. I ended up watching it in Australia.

The only other one I've heard of is Ab Fab, and I'm mixed on it, because I was a huge fan of the show. The last series wasn't brilliant, but I adore Eddie and Patsy. I just desperately don't want it to suck.

It does look a lot like Snowpiercer!
The Lobster looks funny. Love Colin Farrell using his real accent and Olivia Colman can do no wrong in my eyes.

Actually amazed Ab Fab got a movie deal. TV shows turned into movies are a bit hit and miss, but I am sure the hard core fans will love it

I was thinking Snowpiercer as well. I've not read the book. I would have thought people would have said Swiss Army Man, it just looks fudging funny to me.

Here are some summer movies that I'm looking forward to:

The Neon Demon
The BFG
The Nice Guys

Priceless

I'm looking forward to The Nice Guys too, it looks good

For a terrifying moment I thought it was gonna be yet another superhero movie- one of the indie ones.

But that's DH's 'Lobster Johnson' *phew*

The actual film premise is certainly unique, but I doubt I'll go to the theatre to see it.

I only recognized two titles out of that list. I pretty much only pay attention to big blockbusters. The Founder looks good. I can't really think of any movies coming out this summer that I'm looking forward to. Civil War comes out next week, which I'm super excited to see.

I'm going to see:
Captain America - Civil War
Suicide Squad
Independence Day 2
Jason Bourne
X-Men Apocalypse
Star Trek Beyond

I completely forgot there was a Star Trek movie coming this year.

I should be pumped for Suicide Squad but after BvS it's more like apathy haha

I think Suicide Squad will be a different beast to BvS. It may, just may, be the movie to save the critical reputation of the DCEU. Well, it kind of has no say in the matter, it has to.

X-Men Apocalypse does look pretty awesome though. Oh, hello claws! 😉

I am just really over all of the superhero and big blockbusters. It's been overkill this year. (I will see Rogue One) but I think that will be the next blockbuster I see. I loved Deadpool and REALLY liked BvS but I just cant seem to buy into any more. I think until Rogue One I am going indie.
