Ok, there was a thread about something going on in my life a while ago, but I can't seem to axcess the thread because it's not there. I just wanted to let you guy sknow what's going on.

Previously on The Michael Show.

My half sister, Jessica, has been dating her boyfriend Anthony for a little over a year. He's a real psycho and has been cutting his wrists for god knows how long. The relationship started to turn bad, and a few months ago they broke up, and he started to force himself on her. She refused to speak out, because of fear or the mental state she was in, and all I could do was try to help, but it didn't.

So, today we were sitting there and Jessica tells him "I'm not letting you do stuff to me anymore. it's over." and he says "fine, you stupid (bleep)." and he threw something at her. she got all upset and started to cry and went to run off but he was like "don't you walk away from me!" and he went up to yell at her. that's when me (her older brother) stepped in and said "you touch her and I'll kill you. LEAVE! HER! ALONE!" and her boyfriend was like "you can't stop me." and I stood between my sister and her x and said "i really can". and Stephanie (Tru_Davies) stood up next to us and said "there's more of us here, we can definatly take you" and he walked off. Jessica is going to speak out about what's happened and this little baster is going DOWN!

just wanted to let you know...

Yup. I know. It's just been soo long though and I've had to sit back and watch my sister be destroyed by him and we've never been able to do anything without a statement from her. My relationship with her has been severly damaged by the whole thing, so maybe now we can get our sibling bond back again. It's just good to know it's all over now.

Sibling bonds are important...rebuild it well, and you shouldn't have to do it again. It is one of the hardest things to do to stand by and watch stuff like that, but if your sis is as bright and caring as you are, she will learn not to pick a jerk the next time...just to avoid the fallout for everyone else, let alone herself...

The bold crumbled when I tried to help her in the beginning of the whole thing. I guess it wasn't my business to be sticking my nose in their business, but he obviously had her in some messed up mental state and was forcing himself on her all the time. And if she wasn't gunna do anything, I had too. That's when she started to hate me. Today she apologized and said I was right the whole time. I love it when people say that! I'm glad that she finally stood up for herself though, I'm very proud. In the hallway after school I was singing "Independant Women" by Destines Child, LoL. Now it's up to her on what's going to happen next, but I hope she presses charges. There has to be some criminal offenses in there somewhere.

Yup, hearing "You were right" never gets old, but beware of looking too smug when they say it...I found looking kinda bashful defuses any lingering anger at you...On the personal security front, if the slimeball is leaving all of you alone, the best course might be just to disengage...let him slither off into the dark to his rock. On the other hand, if he presses the issue, by all means drop the hammer on him and call the cops...that's what they're there for!

I went to them before, but they couldn't do anything unless she spoke out about it.

I have a feeling he will press the subject more than we will. He isn't about to let her go and since he reacted violently towards her today, I'm afraid of what he'll do in the future. He really is a dangerous person. He's hit me plently of times for no reason. We'd be sitting there during lunch and he'd grab her wrists so she can't move and make her make out with him and stuff, so I'd say something to her to break them up and he'd flip out and hit me. I had to hold myself back not to beat the crap outta him right there.

I was bashful about it. I didn't say "i told you so" until i was home lol.

Well, we'll see how it goes tomorrow. If we call 'survive' tomorrow, we're good. We have HSPA's next week, so he won't be able to see her all week. Our uncle is a lawyer, he could help us somehow or I can beat him up... *ponders*

Not to put you down in any way, but lawyers are WAY scarier than you...and you don't want to risk getting charged yourself...it would be a cruel irony to have HIM charge YOU with assault...

Hey! I'm scary! Look! I was voted most evil last year! *shows you my year book* OMG! IVE LOST MY EVILNESS! *runs off in a panick*

That's a really good point, though. I can't hit him because he could charge me with something. The cops would probably see the mental case as the victim in the situation because they know he goes in an out of a mental inc. Who knows.

We should make this into a life-time origional move! lol.

I think Killerdwarf is right you should definately avoid getting charged with anything and if you threaten him with lawyers etc it might scare him off a bit anyway (even if he is a psycho) i do remember the thread from before and im glad she is finally standing up to him...and you are a good brother for helping her.

Akasha - thanks

Pupper Princess - i don't know. a lot of people were afraid of me and used to be one of those really mean popular people. now ive toned down and im one of the rare species of "nice popular person" lol.

killerdwarf - the thing is. i've known her since i was 2, but I only found out she was my half sister last year. weird, huh?

Nope. No one told us. I turned 15 in June, and she turned 15 in september. When we were both old enough to understand and not freak out, our parents (her mom/my dad, my mom/my dad) told us. She's only younger than me by 3 months. We're even in the same grade. She's taller than me though, lol.

It's good that you stood up to him in protecting your sister. And he backed down. But please, don't get violent with him, that's his game and i'd like to believe that you're so much better than that. And violence breeds violence and you don't need the trouble, because you can guarantee he'll press charges and you'll be the one in trouble. Talk to your lawyer Uncle...maybe all that'll be needed is him to warn the psycho boyfriend in stern lawyer talk is that if he comes near her again, threatens her etc, he'll be thrown in jail for harassment. And even though i live in the UK, i'm pretty sure that harassment is a criminal offence in any country.. your sister should surely see that now and if she wants to get on with her life then she should report it.

I really hope this gets sorted out soon 🙂

I don't wanna rush her yet with court and law things, but yes it is a criminal offense in the united states. It took her a few months to finally realize there was a problem and that she needed to stand up for herself, so I dunno how long it'll take before she actually does something.
