msfantastico87 agrees: you're not alone. Someone *cough* ruined Angel s5 for me
Wait... it feels like that "*cough*" was meant for me! Was it?! My banner...? But wait, you still haven't seen S5 of Angel?! Surely you knew of Illyria before now right? It couldn't have been me...
I know and that's irritating... I mean... I don't know her. The only reason she could possibly have for wanting to get in my pants is that I'm a girl and I like girls. That's just as bad as a straight guy hitting on a girl... I don't dig the whole double standard the gay community thinks it has about hitting on people. I see it as the same thing.caitaintdead agrees: She totally wants you in the pants!
Ok, so there's this girl who was apparently friends with my sister about 6 years ago... but I met her once. And she friended me on facebook and is CRAZY obsessed with messaging me and talking to me... she's super flirtatious... but it's like common online courtesy... you don't just randomly friend someone you met ONCE 6 years ago and act like you've been besties for years... I may not be well versed on the social rules of conduct in real life situations... but I know the internet social rules of conduct well. And this is in direct violation of them.

Since this is a place for venting, my problems are pretty much the same every day - which is exactly the problem.
Hell, I wish I had some of the problems I see here that deal with friends and social situations, because I don't really have any. Not in the "real world". In the real world every one is a type, like it or not, it's true. I'm one of those types that no one likes or wants around, mostly because there are better things to do / better people to talk to. Here we get to talk about our favorite shows and characters, and it's been quite the positive thing to do.
Good night all. I have to give one of the dogs a bath.

Agreed. Except about the dog bath thing... Cause I don't have a dog.
Sometimes (often) I find that I enjoy talking to people from BB more than I do my real life friends. The conversation is more stimulating, and I feel more confident about being who I want to be, and saying what I want to say.
I had two tight knit groups of friends a few years ago, but now I find I have nothing in common with them. It's always talking about boys, fashion, hair, and even more irritating, that no one has anything to talk about anymore.
hahaha no! No, people feel uncomfortable around me because I'm not "normal." I do things that most people are like "what the hell?" And it's just normal... Like I sing. I sing along to my iPod quietly while I'm walking. Or if I don't do that, I lip sync. People think that's strange. Or I make obscure TV references like Abed... Or dress strangely... I don't know. I never have been one who "fits in." But to me, that's all part of my charm. Also, I tend to overthink things... and I'll say out loud what I'm thinking and people don't like that. And then there's my ability to form a strong opinion on any subject... just talk to me about something for five minutes and I'll develop a strong opinion on the subject if I haven't already. People generally don't like that either. Especially since I have a hard time keeping my opinions to myself.caitaintdead agrees: Why would someone feel uncomfortable around you?.... Oh... B.O.?
I too am the type of person no one wants to be around. People feel uncomfortable around me and I feel their discomfort which makes me uncomfortable. It sucks.
