Some really enjoy being their age. But some would love to be a little younger, or a little older for so many reasons. Are you happy with your age, or do you wish you could be a little younger or older? what age do you have in mind?

Me, I'm upset sometimes that I will never be 15-16 again. It seems like a nice age to be, because you can choose to be a kid or a grown up. Although, from that age I always get one of the two: "Cutie" or "Ma'am", when I'm at a store, or when I used to work at the super market. I HATE both, because I'm always younger than my real age or older. I'm never going to be my age. People always think I'm older or younger. My brother and some other people think I look like a 14 year old, but some think I'm 30.
I'm kinda still stuck in 16, mentally and even looks wise. And I hate growing up. Not because it's closer to death, simply because I hate changes and I want to stay in one place and never grow old. It upsets me sometimes. That I'll never be 16 again.

That's why I hate aging. I hate change.
I like my age at the moment, but people think I look younger than I actually am, which is really annoying. I'm having a good time at the moment, I don't wish to change it. 😀

I turned 23 a few weeks ago which I over-analysed at the time, but I'm happy enough with it!Sometimes,I wish i was still 18 or 19 and still in college because I didn't appreciate those years at the time!
Sometimes when I'm worrying about what to do with the rest of my life and the uncertainty of it all, I wish i were in my 30s or 40s and settled down.
But overall,I do like being 23.

I'd kind of like to go back to when nothing mattered. Like 5 or 6. I *really* want to be old enough to be in college and just freeze there. I can't *wait* for college! But I really do think the best age in the world is 27. Speaking only as someone who has never been 27, it just seems perfect. Old enough to be self-assured but young enough to be fun and sexy. (Not that older people aren't sexy or younger people are self-assured... no offense is meant!) It just seems so... just perfect. Of course, I have the feeling that I will be extremely disappointed when I turn 27 and it isn't everything I'd hoped, but for now, it's a comforting dream to have.

Oh, my children....

😉 If I could be another age, I'd be 27 again. I met my husband, I was young & thin and life was really good. I was really happy. I still am, it's just that it seems that my 30s passed by in a blur- the whole decade spent either pregnant or dealing with the sleeplessness of young children. Now my oldest is 10 and I'm asking, "Who am I?". I'm done having kids, so I have to figure out who I am for me, not just in relation to my children. Doesn't mean I'm leaving to go on a "find myself" journey lol, nothing like that at all. I do love my life.

I want to be my age. Not my age specifically in numbers but whatever age I am at any given moment. Looking back and regrets is not for me, growing, evolving and learning is more my cup of tea. 🙂

There's something golden and something rotten about whatever age you were and neither looking forward nor backwards with memories or hopes of "better days" is anything other than an illusion to me.

I'd like to be in my teens again, but with the knowledge I have now, so that I could make the most of the freedom I could have had then. I took for granted a bit that people are always going to be looking over you, like at school, and I resented it at the time so I didn't make the most of it, but I miss it a bit now. But realistically, I only got that knowledge via experiencing school the way I did, so I don't regret it that much 🙂

I'm actually kind of excited to turn 21 but often I wish I were a teenager again. Like 15 I really liked being 15 lol.

21. I could lehally drink and do almost ANYTHING I want. Get a tatoo, spend all night out partying. It sounds awsome. My parents could not tell me, no you can't do that or no you can not dye your hair. Its my body and I can as I please with it. And when I am 21 I shall have that freedom that I am looking for. I hate being a teenager, everyone is so moody and there is so much drama. Only 6 more incredably long years...

I like my age as it is right now. I'm not the "settle down" type of person and i'm selfish in the fact that I won't give up part of my life for someone else (spending years bringing up kids), so all i've to worry about is my looks going down the toilet, but I could always get botox and such. I just hope that by time I need it there'll be less mistakes with it and people won't look like blow fish xD

I'm 18, but I'd like to stay in the time when I had just turned 18. It was summer and I had just finished college, was such a brilliant, carefree summer spent on pub crawls and in nightclubs. I don't like life this side of 18, too much responsibility and isolation. So yeah, 17/18 if I had the choice. Being 16 was nice as well, but it was a lot more drama-filled, so I think 18 is a bit better.

If I could go back to any age and just live all the years after it again (preferably with knowledge or at least some knowledge of how it happened the first time) I'd go back as far as possible. Maybe to 4 years old.

This is really interesting. In the class I'm taking now a part of it is about aging. Apparently there's often a difference in the chronological age of a person and how the person sees it's subjective age (includes how you precive your age in terms of looks, ideal and how old you feel). The difference between ones subjective age and ones actual age are often up to about 5 years younger (the study is made on people in their 20 - 30's).

I'm 24, turning 25 in may, and yeah, that's pretty much where I want to be right now. I have no problem about getting older though, but I wouldn't want to be younger again. 🙂

I'd never want to be a kid again - I HATED being a kid. So much bureaucracy.

I initially thought junior or senior year of college, but admittedly I'm not there yet and I can't say I'm too appealed to the idea of being a poor undergrad forever. Instead, I'd probably want to freeze at age 25 - it's the youngest age where you can drive, drink, smoke, and rent a car (though I wouldn't suggest doing all of them at once).
