What are you reading? - Volume Two

I'm kind of embarrassed to admit this but I'm re-reading the first six The Princess Diaries novels (currently on the third) to then finish the series. There was a an offer I couldn't refuse on the last four books which I haven't read yet. What can I say, I loved them a few years back, so ... yeah. They're fun, easy books and as I'm buried neck deep in coursework that's a nice change. 🙂
 
Right now I am reading Prozac Nation by Elizabeth Wurtzel for about the 10th time, It's an amazing book 🙂

I am listening to the audio books of the Dresden files: Storm Front. It is voiced by James Marsters. 😀 He has such a sexy voice. I am reading A Brave New World for my English class...it bores me to tears. mehh
 
I'm trying to read "The Blind Side" by Michael Lewis... Not getting really far though; it's got way too much football in it.

But Brave New World is SUCH a great book. It's one of my favourites. Though I've never read it in class.


Still reading Princess Diaries 😛 I'm on book five now.
 
The Liar by Stephen Fry. I am ridiculously entertained. But I love Stephen Fry so no surprise there.
 
I'm reading Wood Beyond the World by William Morris for class. It's the last book I've got to read for my degree ever. (Apart from The Tempest but I don't consider Shakespeare to be work 😛). I've read another of Morris' novels which I really liked but this one? Not so much.

My next task is to decide what to read first once I'm unleashed on my own book collection again...like a kid in a candy shop, I just don't know where to start!

I'm reading 206 bones, the new Kathy Reichs book at the same time as a promising little tale called "Night pleasures" by hmm... Sherrilyn Ken... something.
 
I have officially finished my reading list for this year - about time! So I have just started Enduring Love by Ian McEwan. It's AMAZING. I'm not surprised in the least because McEwan is one of my favourite writers. He is so unbelievably attuned to human behaviour it's baffling. But in a good way.
 
I'm currently re-reading The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, which is one of my favourite books and plan to move on to The Angel's Game, also by him after that.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been re-reading "The Hobbit" (which I hadn't read since I was twelve). Yep, I'm a heavy LOTR geek, sue me. 😛
