You have to admit, it does sound like a plausible explanation of a holiday tradition. I've heard stranger ones. Lol.
I'm on the other forum I frequent, Winx Writer's Anonymous. Two of my friends on it are having conversation about Winx Club "pornography" (Quotations as it's a cartoon). It's making me laugh so hard I can't breathe.

Phoebe: Would Musa really have blue pubes?
Kiku: Would Tecna have pinks ones?
Phoebe: That's really a creepy thought.

I'm just sitting and cracking up.
 
Oh, and Phoebe emailed me today and asked if I wanted to write for the Winx-Fairies blog... I already have a winx tumblr (Forever Winx) but WF is one of the big bright stars in the Winxverse, and I'm already a mod on the forums... so psyched!

Today my friend told me, "You and Taylor Swift should have a play date because you both love the number 13 so much. You would just run around screaming, "13!!!13!!!" You know, why don't you just get married to it if you love it so much!" The way she said it made it the most funny thing in the world. All I had said was my fav number was 13.

despite the fact I haven't had any sleep for the past 32 some odd hours, I got confirmation that one of my original songs is going to be in my friends film. 😀

I've done an hour of revision. That sounds stupid but my mind has just been making me question the entire point of my degree, so I've spent the last month or so procrastinating and then being miserable. But I've actually got through an hour, near enough interrupted 😀
Proves I can do it afterall.
 
After researching the course requirements for my college and intended majors I realized today that after this last semester of school, I am DONE WITH MATH CLASSES FOREVER AND EVER. I freaking hate math, so I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy right now. 😀 😀

Oh, I remember that feeling SO well! I was all "Wait...I...I don't have to choose it? I..don't need it? They're not going to force me? YES!!!"
I always have to laugh when it's snowing in May. Two days ago I worked in the garden barefoot and in a tank top, today it's hats and jackets again. Gotta love the unpredictability.

Learned how to spell awesome today. I have been spelling "awsome" for the longest time and NOBODY has said any thing about it. I was shocked when I learned something in school today. 😀
 
Going away for 2 days with my boyfriend for our three year anniversary, and chilling out in a pool and a jacuzzi, feeling posh (even though we're peasants).
 
Raul Ibanez just finally got a hit after going 0 for 36 and tying the record for longest streak without a hit in major league history which hasn't been done since 1973.
