Where Else Can I See You ...

I love seeing the stars of Buffy and Angel in other shows. Supernatural is one that springs to mind, Amy (Fred), Julie (Darla), Amber (Tara) and Mercedes (Harmony) have all appeared in a episode. Is there anyone else I have missed that has appeared in Supernatural? What tv shows have you seen which features someone in a guest stint?
 
Is it to obvious to say HIMYM? Aside from Alyson obviously, there's also Andrew, Wes and Fred.

Oh, and I forgot the classic everyone-from-Buffy-movie... Can't Hardly Wait. Even Tara gets a guest spot!

Buffy movie? You referring to the orignal? I may have to watch HIMYM, didn't know some of my faves have featured in it. :D

I've seen Tom Lenk in the most recent Pepsi Max adverts - which are pretty funny. 😀

In Veronica Mars, you'll see Charisma, Alyson, and Joss Whedon himself! :X3:

And in Lost, there is Daniel Dae Kim, who played a guy from Wolfram and Hart I think, and Sam Anderson, who played as well I-don't-remember who from Wolfram and Hart (I haven't see the whole serie Angel so ^^*)

Castle bears a mention. It of course has Nathan Fillion (Caleb and Captain Mal from Firefly) as the male lead and Marc Blucas (Riley) and D.B. Woodside (Principal Wood) have guest spots. It also refers to Buffy and Firefly on occasion.

J August Richards (Gunn) appeared in a Season 6 episode of Grey's Anatomy as young Dr Webber. Seth Green was also on two episodes.

Speaking of Seth Green, he also had a guest spot on Heroes for two or three episodes.

And the BBC series Merlin has Anthony Head as a main character. He plays King Uther.

The same episode that has Tom Lenk also has Morena Baccarin, who plays Inara on Firefly and The Mayor also makes an appearance or two as Ted's mother's boyfriend.
 
Help me list all the Whedon actors currently on TV- there have been so many lately that I just can't keep track of them all!

Of course, DB is back for a new season of Bones.
Alyson & NPH on HIMYM (can we hope we'll see him again-singing!-on Glee? Haven't heard anything though).
NF back on Castle.
James Marsters was in the premiere for Hawaii 5-0 (& we're hoping he'll be back). What are the other shows he's on currently?
Eliza is going to guest-star on Big Bang Theory.
Amber Benson is going to guest-star on Grey's Anatomy.
Didn't NB just do a guest spot on Private Practice?
Julie Benz's new show No Ordinary Family, and is she coming back on Dexter? (I don't watch it)

The lovely Alyson Hannigan is staring in How I Met Your Mother. Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Tom Lenk all guest starred. Julie Benz is on Dexter. Eliza and Sarah have both been on King Of The Hill. Seth Green has been in oh-just-about-everything. James Marsters and Juliet Landau have both been on Millenium. I think I saw Tom Lenk in a pepsi commercial one time.

I read on Emma's twitter that she will on Life Unexpexted for several episodes and Gigantic which airs next month.

Marti is an executive producer on Private Practice so there have been SO many guest stints by Whedon alumi on it... Amy Acker, Emma Caulfield, Alexis Denisof, Amber Benson, Sarah Hagan, D.B. Woodside... and I think there might even be more I can't remember. Also Kali Rocha had a few episode stint on Greys.

Eliza was in an episode of That 70's Show aswell 😀

I recently got through watching Six Feet Under for the first time. Eric Balfour is in it quite a bit. Michelle Trachtenberg is in a bunch of episodes in season 4. And Tom Lenk is in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene in an ep of season 4 aswell 🙂.

The only other ones I can think of are Jeff Kober (Rack) is in the episode Folsom Prison Blues in season 2 of Supernatural and Chad Lindberg who plays Ash on Supernatural was in I Robot, You Jane. He played that guy Dave 🙂

Daniel Dae Kim played Gavin on Angel and Sam Anderson played Holland Manners 😛

I smiled when seeing them.
Just finished watching the first season of Mad Men, which features Vincent Kartheiser and is pretty damn good...plus, a quick IMDb search reminded me that our very own Darla worked on some eps from the show...which I will have to ask her about, now I've gotten into it 🙂
 
T.J. Thyne, Hodkins on Bones was in 3 episodes of Angel. You can see him dancing in Life of the party.

Don't forget Saffron from Firefly. She plays Joan on Mad men. Or more accurate. Christina Hendricks play them both.

Yep. I'm sure he's seen in the konga line for example. But I haven't watched Angel for 1-2 years so I can't be totally sure. He's also in Conviction and You're welcome. If you trust IMDB that is. I remember him from Conviction but not You're welcome. Guess that mean that I should watch it again. 🙂
